I went to the drive-thru. Workers were friendly and there wasn't too long of a wait. The food was what was expected and the order was prepared correctly. The only negative as far as I'm concerned is that I had to ask for my receipt and when I did they couldn't produce it stating that there was a problem with their machine. For most that's probably not an issue; however, I happen to think that it's good customer service to automatically give the receipt whether it's requested or not and if for some reason that cannot be done, the customer should probably be advised of that upfront and not at the end of the transaction. However the young man working the window was very polite and offered to take my phone and take a pic of the transaction as it appeared on his machine. While there was nothing particularly outstanding about my visit here, there was nothing glaringly negative either and pretty much the customer service outweighed the one negative and for this reason I will definitely go there again.

Got my iced coffee (2 everytime) where I lived it wasn't easy to get to a BK, but now where I live theres 2 near by. Had the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. Love the ice coffee from here.

Employees tend to know what they're doing and are pretty attentive. Never mess up my order and are quick to get me from order window to paying/food window before finishing up the transaction. They deserve a raise!

Love it though the fries are nasty the service is always a delight. A little advice for the team because they can't help that the fries aren't the best. So the deal with the fries serve them literally super fresh all the freaking time.

Could not get a receipt their cash register does not work properly. I use my receipts to balance my checkbook. I haven't been back because of that.

The staff were not friendly, they acted as if you were disturbing their day. They just throw the bag on the counter. No thank you for visiting this location and they didn't appear very busy. I will not be frequenting this location again. The food was lukewarm and I was very disappointed with the way that I was treated at this location.

On 12/14/17 my mother in laws purse was stolen at this location, the management team could not replay the video for the police officers that came to the location. We have contacted the CSR 866-394-2493, and until this morning 12/27/17 we had not heard back from anyone from Burger King. The manager of this store closed the corporate call as saying that the purse has been returned to the owner, which in fact is false. No one has contacted us.
Such poor customer service all the way up the chain of command ladder.
