Restaurant was clean. Help was very quick and nice. Food came out 🔥 parking was easy to get in and out of. Make sure you lock your car. There is no Playland for kids woo hooo.
Pulled up at closing time with minimal expectations of actually leaving with food based on previous experiences with chicken joints. Was not only mildly surprised, but I dare say IMPRESSED! They had a full offering of chicken, side dishes, bread, drinks. I don’t want the world to roll in on them at 5 minutes to lock the doors, but this location has their … menu… together!!
Went through the drive thru for pickup of a Favor order and the manager Alex was super nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for the order. Great customer service, hope all locations are like this one!!
Very good, freshly fried chicken. It puts you in the mind of Golden Chick. But, this Chicken Express is better. And the prices are better as well. Golden Chick kind of runs on the high side. Chicken Express quite a bit cheaper. Faster service and the employee's know the difference between a breast and a short thigh!!
Real good place, i love it just as much golden but i feel like this place has better spicy strips. Also its nice that this place has the option of roll or biscuits.
The cashier was super nice even when taking the food to our table. I wanted to tip him but didn’t see a tip jar.
Visit during Lunch hour. The cashier greeted service with a smile. The chicken was fresh & hot. And Plenty of seating.
The store was very clean. My fish was made Hot and fresh. Plus the customer service was wonderful. I will definitely be back.❤️❤️
The wait wasn't too bad considering other locations. The service was simple and easy. The order was correct. The food was delicious.
