So we have decided to back away from fast food options and eat to our health.. and Luby's will more than help us there.. but some items lacked flavor.. the greens were crunchy and the baked chicken was a little bland.. however dessert was on point and i enjoyed the corn casserole and the cabbage was good.. The service lady was so sweet and attention giving to us.. we had a pleasant time there.

Luby's Cafe First time I've ever been to Luby's Cafe. It does remind me of the old S.S. Cafe❤️ and Piccadilly's❤️. These type of food places really need to make a comeback. My meal was enjoyable and well cooked. The service at the front counter was welcoming. The people serving my food were very friendly and informative on my choices. At the end as I was checking out, the price 💵 was reasonable for the amount of food that I got. I definitely see why older crowds and people in the know like to patronize these type of cafe establishments. 👍👍

I know it's hard to believe that someone still loves Luby's, but this location is absolutely amazing! The food is flavored very well, and the customer service is excellent. The Saturday morning breakfast buffet is something you absolutely have to try for yourself. 2/6/19 Was a little disappointed today with the food selections. My corn was hard and Miss you! potatoes didn’t look so fresh. The cheesesteak was good as always.

Went to the Lubys for lunch/dinner and the line was moving fast and the servers were very friendly and kind and very helpful as well the food was hot & good ,we are an older couple and im handicap as well and was treated with love and respect by these people especially the server who took my tray to the table I was very impressed and surprised since it was around 4 pm. I thought we were going to get scraps of food and cold as well as bad service but no ,we will keep going back again .

Luby's fits the bill! The food is good, healthy and fast. The selection is always balanced and fresh. AND the people are very friendly. If you take my recommendation and decide to check it out, be sure to say hi to the server, Denet. She is always super friendly and highly knowledgeable; she will make you smile. 😃

This lubys has been here for a min, and the food is always good. Same food but always fresh Service is sub-par ( some days good some days not so good). Always the spot I go too.when I'm tired of fast food and want anything close to a home cooked meal.

I usually get roasted chicken dark with pico or lemon fish. Always good. Sometimes the lemon fish be out though. Sometimes fried eggplant materializes too, which is a delight

I had a pick-up order for Thanksgiving. I was late arriving at my scheduled time, the line was not long and my order was ready just missing a couple of items. Once I approved my order it was placed in my trunk and I was done.

It was my birthday... The fish was horrible and pricey.... the server asked if I wanted half of the fish or whole piece and of course I thought that I would be paying for half price for the fish... when I received my receipt it showed 8.00 for the whole piece and it was horrible... My friend paid for the dinner... If it had been me paying I would have act out...

This post will start the process (including legal action) to get Luby's to pay me the money that they erroneously and randomly took from my account, with no response whatsoever from the company regarding the matter. They've totally ignored me and the entire issue...like it never happened. Basically....I purchased food at the Luby's on Hampton Road in Dallas, Texas on May 31, 2015. I used a debit card. The purchase went through normally. The following day, I was informed by the bank that I had an overdraft. That was highly unusual because this is not my primary account and don't use it on a regular basis. It turns out that Luby's charged my account an additional $30 above and beyond the $19.51 that my meal cost. The statement read "held funds." This random "held funds" debit caused the overdraft. I've contacted Luby's corporate several times. Nothing. No phone call...no email...no letter.......nothing. Your call goes to some person's voicemail and into the dark abyss of...................nothing. They've totally ignored me and the issue. I've talked to the manager Caleb Cobbins at the store several times. He's a nice guy but told me that he couldn't do anything about it and to come back, YET AGAIN, the following day to talk to the general manager. He abruptly ended out conversation when I disclosed to him that I was recording our conversation. I don't want any trouble, I just want the $60 that Luby's owes me...the ghostly $30 that they stole from me plus the resulting over-draft. Here we go...
