I'm not sure what Wendy's is doing, but all of their employees are always great! I visit this location a couple of times a month with my son for an appointment in the area and we always get great service. Orders are correct 99% of the time. Tables could stand to be wiped down after people leave, but I have definitely seen worse at other fast food places.

Food was fresh and fries were crunchy! Staff was very friendly!! I went through the drive through and only had to wait a few minutes. I don't mind waiting if it means my food is fresh!!

Walk in was great,
Drive through tried to give me wrong order, then gave me a different order with a different receipt, and/or didnt notify me of any substitutions? Manager thought my receipt of my order was from the other day, maybe the time clock hands are wrong. ÂĄSuper confusing! But due to my newfound hindi faith, the mistakenly provided beef is haram and I *needed* a halal fried spicy chicken sammich.
So the supervisor/manager eventually gave me a spicy chicken and Made it right! Minus the drive back.
If had to do over, would have tried another one of these great restaurants for that kind of time and money, but giving credit where due.

Food is the average Wendy's quality food.
The employee was frustrated about something, I was the only customer, so it shouldn't have been that. She kept huffing and puffing while taking my order. She would ask a question about my order, but wouldn't listen for the answer. I had to correct my order twice on questions that she directly asked me.
I hope whatever she is going through, she gets some relief with it.

The food wasn't very good but the best part was the bathroom exhibit. I played FBI open up with my brother(with his permission)since you could kick the bathroom door down really easily. Definitely a 5 star.

I just tried to visit the dallas location on lemon avenue and oaklawn. I pulled into the drive thru and the lady told me one second. I sat there for 5 minutes as other cars pulled up in the other drive thru section and she took their orders. I decided to just go inside. And I was not helped. Finally after 3-4 minutes waiting the lady says me right with you. I continue to wait and age hands the only person who was in the restaurant their food. And she allows them to order more food. This is shity customer service! They all need better training. You have 8 people standing around the register and no one can help the two people that are in line. Last I visited an establishment they spoke when someone walked through the door. Never visit this location again! If in this area, stay away from here. Ghetto hot ass mess!

I visited this Wendyâs last night with my boyfriend and they gave us an uncooked burger!! When we finally made it home and excitedly dived in to our meal as it was the first time we had eaten the entire day, my boyfriend noticed that something wasnât right about the way his food tasted, and when we looked at the burger it was pink on the inside. After calling to let them know about receiving the uncooked food, initially I was told by manager Jerry that I would need to come all the way back to the location with the food item in question so that he could mark it for waste due to the meat timer not working properly and because he would need to let corporate know. I then proceeded to let him know that I was more than 15 miles away at that point and that would not be convenient for me as the customer .
I offered to take pictures and email it to them but let him know I wouldnât be able to leave my home past midnight to return the half eaten uncooked burger served to my boyfriend especially since I had to go to work early the next day. After some persistence Jerry stated he would be willing to replace the meal and he would notate for the manager to look into it the next day. I let him know that we were not interested in another uncooked meal but definitely would be interested in a conversation with a manager.
The next day I spoke with another manager Latricea (whoâs name I was given by the GM Kanisha later in the day) when I called to follow up. After telling her of the situation which has now escalated in my boyfriend having vomiting, vicious diarrhea, feeling nauseous and dehydrated, all symptoms of food poisoning, she apologized profusely and let me know that there werenât any issues with the meat timer and that their meat is always supposed to be fully cooked. She then stated that there was a scheduled meeting to be conducted that day and she would bring it to the attention of the manager at that time and the manager would get back to us.
At this point in time Iâve had to call off of work due to how horrendously sick my boyfriend has become. He canât keep anything down and is barely able to stomach Gatorade water and crackers. We were able to visit the location again today at 12:09pm in an effort to speak directly with the management. I let Kanisha the general manager know what occurred and she referred me to the District manager TJ Marshall and offered me his contact information. At no point was there any offering of a refund for this less than satisfactory experience and now weâre left dealing with the side effects of food poisoning due to the lack of food safety and accountability here at this Wendyâs. I feel as if Iâm just being passed along to the next person and my boyfriend is suffering in the meantime. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

I got their crispy chicken sandwiches today, and usually they're $.99 at my location in Rowlett, Texas but the Lemmon Avenue location charged me $1.19. And the quality was not nearly as good as Rowlett's also!!
My plan for the 4018 Lemmon Avenue location is to NEVER go here again!
I also asked the lady, a supervisor I think, if I could talk directly to the owner. I asked her if the owner was there and could I speak to him but she never did go get him for me.
If the application would allow me to put in zero stars for this location, that's what I would've done. They only get a ONE STAR here because I can't give lower than that!!
