Review Jimmy John's - Dallas

Love JJ's. My fav sandwich shop. Lot of rift raft hanging around this store.

I haven't had a Jimmy John's sandwich in years but when me and my son's stopped for a bit to eat downtown OMG!! I realized I have been missing out! This location is decent. The order came out quickly and correct and the employees were doing a good job. Overall it's safe to say I will be back!!

I always order from here and I always get the same driver who is really sweet! He doesn’t talk but I’m in the hospital and he knocks and wait for a response he seems to never care for a tip even though I always tip him.. They are really fast and friendly when you call!! They truly stick to Jimmy Johns words!! Always a pleasure so much so that I am officially tired of it for a while.. I was ordering almost everyday for 2 months since I’ve been in the hospital and never not even one time did they mess up my order or were slow to deliver!!

The tuna sub was huge and delicious, fixed just like I ordered... with lettuce, green peppers, onions, black olives, jalapenos, and mayo. The bread was just the right degree of chewy. And, the service was fast and friendly. The sub was slightly larger than Subway, and it cost slightly more. They did not have corn chips, though... my only gripe.

They really do mean freaky fast here. Even when it's peak lunch hours it is pretty quick, but if you hot outside the rush, I've been in and out in under three minutes. I come here all the time during my lunch breaks because I love the reasonably priced food and the quick service. It lets me get back to my desk quickly.

When they say freaky fast that is and understatement lol. I. Ordered my sandwich they immediately started it and before I could pull out my payment my sandwich was right in my face ready to eat! The ingredients were very fresh and I definitely enjoyed the fast service!

I ordered online for delivery to my office. The sandwich arrived in a timely manner, but my drink was missing. I called JJ's to request a refund for the drink, and the man I spoke to was very gracious and gave me a full refund for the inconvenience! I will definitely continue to eat at JJ's. Great food and great service!

They used to not deliver to my job site, but now they do. They deliver pretty quickly, get all my orders correct, and the sandwiches taste great as always. The Italian Night Club with peppers is the best!

Jimmy John's is a great sandwich shop—fresh ingredients and good prices. Their delivery is fast, just like the ads say—in fact this shop in particular set a land speed record for me. I ordered a sandwich at 12:09 and got the call from the delivery guy downstairs at 12:11!

Stopped by this location to get a drink on the way to our hotel. Dwayne was awesome! Helped some out-of-towners stay hydrated! 💦 🥤

This location has limited seating so can be frustrating if trying to sit and have lunch. On days when you hit the line just right, it's blissful. Other times, the line is out the door and it can all feel quite claustrophobic. Friendly staff and reliable sammies make up for the challenging layout.

QUICK!!!!!!! They aren't lying about freaky fast. <br/><br/>Orders are always accurate and fast! Delivery guys are always nice too. <br/><br/>Will keep ordering from here to our work offices.

True to its tagline 'Your mom wants you to eat at Jimmy Johns', the food is fresh & homely, low carb options are also available. So if healthy & tasty food is your jam, you would love this joint ! I tried their delivery & they were pretty fast too.

Fast Service if they notice you are standing at the counter for five minutes. I was next up in line and the person attending the cash register walked away and walked over to a screen on the wall to answer a food request. I waited. She walked over and began to prepare that order. I waited. The two other people seeming to be working at the restaurant didn't seem to notice the reason for the restaurants existence... a customer. Me. I waited because I would have to walk a bit farther for something to eat on a Sunday night on a very cold Dallas evening. <br/><br/>After five minutes, the young lady named Jade noticed me. She said she thought I was with the previous customer. Evidently she believed the previous customer and I were to share her sandwich and drink.<br/><br/>She took my order and it began to be prepared when one of the other people seemingly working here walked over to the pick up area and said, "Sorry, we are understaffed and we had lots of cheerleaders today so we are running slow." I responded, "I don't see any cheerleaders now." She said, "Do you want a soda or something for your wait?" I said, "No, I already purchased a drink. I don't think I can use an extra drink." With that information, she figured I had been taken care of so she walked away.<br/><br/>My sandwich didn't have mayonnaise on it despite the fact that it was on the menu. My guess is that they were still in shock and were still so understaffed that they couldn't take care of a schmeer of mayonnaise.<br/><br/>I made a mistake. I should have walked a couple of blocks. I hope they work out their issues. I will be heading over to Subway next time. Less drama and better service.

Can the music not be turned down?! I know I'm not the only one this bothers. It's ridiculous!

I love their sandwiches, but the music is way too loud here. There is absolutely no reason to burst the eardrums of office workers with Journey when all they want is a quick lunch! You can't talk it is so loud.

Great sandwiches! Bread is incredible. Try the veggie sandwich on their wheat bread - amazing
