Love the music, food and service! Our server was awesome! He did an amazing job. We never ran out of drinks and didn’t have to wait long for our food. Hot biscuits and that waffle was delicious! Very satisfied customers! We come back to Dallas every 6 months to see my son. We eat here every time. THIS IHOP IS AMAZING! Thank you!

Only gripe was it took a minute to be seated even though there are hardly any patrons. The front door needed a cleaning but other than that the restaurant was pretty clean.
Our server was friendly and took good care of us. Good came quickly and it was hot and delicious.

Everything was great except when we first arrived no one was there to seat us or tell us how long the wait will be. In fact after a while someone came by and just asked who was next. 😑 Besides that, our server was nice and efficient, and the chocolate chip pancakes were yummy!!

Great customer service! Seated right away during busy breakfast time hours and was immediately waited on. Food was out hot and fresh within 10 mins and the waiter was spot on. Clean environment and honestly probably one of the best IHOP experiences I have ever had.

Usually I loved to eat pan cakes, and IHOP is the name for pancakes. I loved double loaded blueberries pancakes . And I still hope some more in the menu

If the service had been better, I would have given a higher rating. But at 1 pm. on Saturday, we only saw our server when she brought our food. Unacceptable in my eyes.

BRITTNEYYYY🥰🥰🥰 Absolutely loveeeeeeee me some Brittney she’s the best and absolutely deserves to be a manger and paid more her customer service and desire to help is what made me and my 3 friends have an amazing experience the food and shake was delicious ‼️‼️ and omg those eggs are to die for !!! And also Steve was very nice as well and helped us too.

I love this location of IHOP. Usually I get the pancakes or an omelet and most times like 99% of times I have no problems at all and that's pretty good ratings for me. The service is pretty good sometimes they're slow because there is a lot of people over there and the wait time is a little bit over 20 minutes but it's okay because when it's busy there's nothing to do but wait
