Good place to have fun with friends. The wait staff are phenomenal - very friendly, they speak proper English, at least our server did, and very conscientious of the table and guests.

Our experience was great! It was our first time visiting this place and we definitely felt a great vibe. The service was perfect and the food was amazing! We would for sure recommend visiting this place if you haven’t had a chance to. This location has plenty of tables and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The food is big portioned so if you have a small appetite feel free to share a plate 😊

I haven't been to many places where EVERYTHING was satisfactory, but this was it! I was a little skeptical because I'm not big on seafood, but they had enough for a person like myself! 😋 I wish I came here before, the service, and food was worth it as with the atmosphere! I'll be back as soon as I possibly can!

Love, love, love Pappadeaux. The menu can be a bit overwhelming with so many choices, but the service team went out of their way to be friendly and help explain the different options.
My wife and I ate at the bar because it was close to closing time and we wanted to be in and out, but the food, bar staff and environment was so friendly time just slipped by having a great time.
I highly recommend this place. I've been here a few times and I've never had a bad experience with the food or service.
It is a little bit pricier but it's roughly what you would expect. It's fantastic.
They did a decent job of servicing a large party. The drinks order took FOREVER to receive but they kept them topped off once they arrived. My glass was broken on the inside but was replaced immediately upon discovery. Two of us got a baked potato and we weren't told they didn't have them until the rest of our plate was served which make our other choice of side come after the main dish was gone. A 30 minute wait was what was added to receive the potato. Wasn't happy with that. We got a fondue dish appetizer that was EXCELLENT. I was told the mango tea was very good and the Ceasar salad looked wonderful. A $1200 bill is what was paid for a party of about 25 with the tip. Some ate of the lunch menu and some didn't. The table setting was terrible. I think it should have been arranged differently so we could all talk, especially since you were aware in advance this was a company lunch.
Gumbo was the highlight of lunch. Service was slow and not good communication. Fried shrimp was good as well. Ambiance was underwhelming.
This isn't my first time at this location but my first time doing a review. This location is always great to come to. I tried something different today, and it was okay, so I'll be going back to what I know them best for: the seafood player. Prices are high, so get ready for that, but it's worth the money. The Mardi Gras Pasta just didn't hit for me.
