I brought my family here on a Wednesday afternoon after lunch hour and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wasn't expecting it I must admit! Had a good meal at a relatively low cost (family of 6) anf they made sure to check on us frequently.

This place always has great chicken, easy service, and a decent rewards program. Lately they've also had some interesting combinations with ribs and sausage that sound good. But my favorite is the regular half chicken and two sides. Always good!

Well I am back again and let me tell you about this place. If you are from the old school and miss great customer service that we use to get back in the day, this is the place to eat. They great you as you walk in and they get you the best deal for your stomach needs. They food was hot to order and fresh like Mom use to make, so if you are on Forest Lane makes sure to stop in. We will tell all our friends and my followers will now know this is the place to eat and get great customer service. Happy eating.

I don't live in a city with a Boston Market. I have purposely planned a road trip to put me at a Boston at lunch time! This location did not disappoint. The Turkey was moist and tender, there was plenty of it. My companions enjoyed the chicken pot pie. I need to plan another trip for Prime Rib! I wish Boston Market would come back to Utah! I love seeing the sides to decide. I have never seen any Boston Market that was not clean. The staff is always great also. This gal seemed to be alone, she handled it with charm and speed. Then a coworker showed up. I ate here 2x in 4 days without a single regret on my repeat!

Good as always. I don’t know when they added the caramel volcano and the caramel cheesecake but it was a great addition. Always get one of each for desert when I get dinner. Highly recommend it. Especially if you love caramel like I do.

Hadn't been to BM in a couple years. Glad I ate there and enjoyed the Meatloaf & mixed vegetables dinner. It was even better when the cashier applied a $5 discount from an online coupon!

I always love the food here & the prices (especially with a coupon, which I always use) can't be beat. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars this time is because they were out of 2 entrees that I wanted. (And the sweet tea dispenser always tastes old, needs to be cleaned.)

I'll admit, I was highly skeptical going here, but upon entering I quickly realized my bias was unfounded. The employees were very positive and helpful, they let my coworker & I taste test their new menu item, which turned out to be delicious, and they even came to our table multiple times to make sure we were satisfied. I'm not sure if all locations are this good, but they gained a new customer in me.

Usually a 5, my son loves the mashed potatoes and gravy and corn bread.. But after having been rudely dismissed from the N Central Expressway location, given an attitude for simply asking if I could do a meal for 4 with all dark, I drove all the way down Forest ln to this location. Was getting my meal to go and even sprung for the special to add a whole chicken for 2 dollars. Then after I paid, Ivanna then proceeded to stop packing the food and start helping other people! I patiently waited for the first person, but then wondered what was going on? She did this and ignored me for 20 minutes and then finally the reason came. They had been out of the mashed potatoes. Maybe a little warning next time? Had she said that from the start, I wouldn't have been standing there waiting for 5 people to get helped after myself, wondering why and getting angry and disappointed.
