Did an online order and food came out quick and was fresh and hot, only issue was that they didn’t put the usual amount of macaroni on the Mac n cheese pizza :( and didn’t know the stuffed crust would turn the pizza into a square lol, other times I’ve ordered it’s pretty full on top. Other than that everything was fine .
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They ask you if you want a special pizza. There are many options for pizza of all kinds, desserts, salads, pasta, juices and soups. The buffet price is only 8.99. I highly recommend it to pizza lovers of all kinds or even fresh salads

I'm from Chicago,and pizza is king there. I haven't found a good pizza place here in Dallas..Cicis satisfys my craving pizza, and it's pretty good for the price.
We stopped by one night, late and close to closing time, but we were greeted by Carlos, the manager with open arms. He and his cook were so nice and accommodating, always asking us if everything was okay and if they could make anything special. The food was fresh and hot , the restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive. Right before we were about to leave, Carlos asked if we wanted any dessert as they were cleaning up. He personally made a complimentary cinnamon roll, to go, for my pregnant wife. You can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend this location.

There are so many choices to pick from. Was disappointed, no stuffed crust. Asked about it and was told they don't put it on the buffet even if the ads say they do.
Normally a really good place, actually. I know, right? Compared to other Cicis, it's a good one. Even as pizza places go, the take out is pretty darn good. Every once in a while you get a cashier who doesn't know how to operate the system, but most kids are smart enough- it gets done.
It's starting to get expensive now but the food is good and they will make what you want
I went here on a coupon I download from CiCis buy a buffet and a drink and get a buffet for free and I got there and the coupon was not working for some reason. I had to make the manager honor the coupon. It was crazy because the coupon say you can use any time before I think it was 1/9/22. My kids lost money in the machines he had to honor that which it came off as if he didn't want to be whatever we had been moving all day and money was tight but we ate and the food was good, the restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms so big to you guys.

I am still amazed on how fast the service is and how they can keep the Cinnamon Rolls so moist when other establishments charge exuberant prices and they have cinnamon rolls that dry so quickly that you'll be eating rock solid bread when you get home.
I recommend Cicis's because despite the food never really losing its value, the customer service is really professional and are in good spirits. So without further adieu I recommend that you get in your car and get the 2 pizzas for 5.99 each and some cinnamon rolls. You won't be disappointed! Cheers and enjoy your dinner.
