Excellent shrimp tacos - you are paying airport prices ($22 for 3 + beans&rice) but they are good and better than you would expect in an airport. Top it off with a shiner Bock and the flight won't be as bad.
Great airport bar! Sophisticated vibe, great salsa, fresh chips! Beer selection is decent, not many micros on tap. Lots of domestic. But overall great staff! They let us eat outside food while still buying a drink and some chips.
Pretty good spot. Tacos were solid and service at the bar was good.
Fast service; good, surprisingly fresh food! It was probably the best airport meal I've had in years. I had the carnitas, shrimp, and steak corn tortilla tacos and the Weather Delay. The relaxed atmosphere provided a wonderful space for rest and relief in the middle of a long travel day. My lovely waitress was perfectly attentive and didn't bother me every 5 minutes, and the restaurant area wasn't too loud to prevent me from taking phone calls. However, the bar area looked energetic and exciting for those who prefer a party layover experience!
A Nice and Sophisticated taco place that is sure to please to craving! Try a sample of 3 different tacos or get 3 of your favorites. They are really tasty. Also, I recommend the white queso to dip chips in! Yum! It is a little on the pricey side but that is to be expected in a restaurant in the airport! 😉
Mike welcomed me upon arrival and tended to all my needs. I had a 4 hour layover and stopped in 2 places and had one drink and left until I arrived here. He was very welcoming and made me feel like I was the most important customer even though the bar was far from empty. He frequently checked in and never left me needing anything. He was very familiar with the drinks on the menu, and his knowledge even extended beyond the menu as he made recommendations that were spot on for my taste. If you find yourself in DWF waiting for a flight make your way to terminal E, stop in, and ask for Mike!

I'm a picky eater and their soup was absolutely great homemade chicken soup... one of the best I've had a restaurant.
They made a Spanish Coffee (they should add on their menu for people like me who want an adult Starbucks while traveling), they did a fantastic job with my instructions.
Mark at the taco/ burrito/ bowl counter put magic in our day. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a way with almost a little showmanship/ artistry of making a migas bowl turn into a cool culinary creation. Thank you, Mark, for your helpfulness and patience! (We got a burrito, a bowl, and a bunch of snacks)
One of the better airport restaurants we have eaten at. We are picky Texans about Tex-Mex, Had a Frozen “Coach” Margarita that I thought was perfect sweetness, not sure why it was blue but it made me feel more leisurely for my fight. Chips were warm and had a good flavor. Salsa best airport salsa I have ever had. Queso Blanca was more than decent. When you order Queso and chips the salsa comes with and for 11 dollars it was a good size bowl of Queso and salsa. We split a chicken burrito and it was good and decent but the wrap the burrito tortilla was cool to touch and the chicken tasted more northern than Tex-Mex. Waiter Trevor was kind? Friendly and efficient, Will be back for Rita’s and appetizers!
