They could be a little nicer when saying to them "thank you" and to actually learn what easy bean means. I always get the normal amt when I ask for it. Quite irritating.

We love our Taco Bell. They just don't love us back. You never know what you are going to be getting in your bag. That's how we thought it was supposed to be. Always a surprise!

Ordered via the app and it was prepared quickly. I was delayed in picking up the food, however the awesome employees put everything on the warmer when they saw it was still sitting their. Everything was hot and delicious! Thanks y’all!

You HAVE to try the new Catalina chicken. So most and great flavor. And though I'm not a fan of cabbage, the small bit added to the taco was perfect. Try it, it will surprise you. And you can always remove it.

I went thru the drive thru and I didn't have to repet my order 5 times. They got it on the first time. The associate at the drive thru window. Was nice and and made sure that we had everything we needed. It was fast and everything was made the way we ordered it. #Thanks for bringing back the Mexican Pizza

Make sure you emphasize any ingredient you DON’T want on your order or DO want added. I ordered two party packs and asked for NO TOMATOES ON BOTH packs, but one came with tomatoes and I only found out when I got home with it. I don't eat raw tomatoes, but I do eat salsa and other things with tomatoes cooked with other ingredients.

This Taco Bell locations with the best one I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The store was bright and clean. The restroom was spotless. They took my online order and had it fresh, hot and on time. Great job 👍

Service is always great here. An item I paid for was missing in my bag, so I went back through the drive thru and the lady who had taken care of my order the first time was the one who answered through the speaker and apologized and asked me to come up to the window. When I got there, she had the item in a bag, ready for me to take. She apologized once again, I told her no worries and smiled and said have a good night before I left. I believe her name was Dawn. She's always taking care of business when I come through at night.
