I went to the Burger King earlier today at 2848 Northwest Highway in Dallas. I ordered 8 Chicken Nuggets and a Large Fry. A very kind and beautiful young lady named Hope took my order. She greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct. The Chicken Nuggets were great and the Fries were wonderful. Everything was fresh, hot and good! Hope provided me with outstanding customer service. Thank you Hope and Burger King for a great experience! GOD Bless You!

Burger craving hit and this is one of the few chains i will frequent. Service was acceptable and the food quality was atypically BK. Overall inside and out. The facility was clean and well stocked. They did not have a condiment section here as others have.

The service was fast and the staff friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Our order we correct and I was surprised that I didn't have to ask for condiments.

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food joints, the food is good. Decent sized burgers and sandwiches for a great price. A great value.

Never will I bring my families to eat here one full table that a regional manager had a meeting took the whole table good spot where you can watch T.V. Homeless just sitting around asleep and hanging out outside with bags. My kids was not feeling safe!!!

Manager assuming that we don't speak English because we are Hispanic is not right and for her to think at just because we live in a America and we shouldn't speak any other language besides English is just sad ....ignorance is a disease hope disciplinary actions are taken
