Amazing people and cool vibe at this location. I came in tonight for my birthday. Everybody was so nice and kind like always. Of course my Frappuccino was perfect. This location is always clean and they get to me quickly. Best Starbucks in Dallas.

Best staff at a Starbucks ever! The three guys working 9/3/22 at 5pm Garrett, Taison and Zane were awesome, funny and friendly! Give these guys a RAISE! They were very busy and still made it a great experience!

Me or a family member go to this location at least once a week on average. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good. Baristas are generally nice and prompt. It can get a little busy at times, but I think the staff does their best to mange this. Many of the negative reviews seem directed at one person or one specific instance, which I think is an unfair way to judge it altogether.
