Just wish all communication wasn't only through the app. I need a number to call and Harass people. I always have a good experience at the service center. Don't get me wrong, I don't like paying any amount of money for repairs. And I do get very angry. At the same time as a mechanic, i understand that things break. I completely understand the people that come in here angry and lash out with attitude at the employee, but I really wish they wouldn't, and I wish they had better control of their emotions. I come here expecting to have to cough up some dough, but I hope they tell me it's on the house, or at least not a big deal, and it's a small repair. I've only been to 2 service centers but this waiting area is kind of nice! Refreshments and coffee. I suggest adding snacks. And if I'm giving suggestions, may I also suggest that FSD be re added to my model s. Please 🙏 😆.

Stop by this morning with no appointment for low voltage battery replace., the guy at reception took me so quick and my car was done iin 45 minutes. He is so kindly and helpful.highly recommend this place. Thank you you guys a lot.

Big shout out to representative Brandon at the Tesla service center in cedar springs. I had a little service light come on my Tesla for something minor and the app support was horrible in helping me. This man in a matter of 10 minutes saved me from not having a daily driver for 2 days as well as 2 hour trip all while explaining why I had issues. Done in a professional manner and with respect. Even though Fort Worth center is closer to me I will always be taking my car in to service here from now on!

This has to be the best treatment I've ever received thus far! David was my service advisor and he, along with the others, went above and beyond to get my vehicle together and back to me as quickly as they could. I had a one off issue that I would be all day describing but the back end work that went into my scenario, David and the team earned their money and restored my FAN BOY attitude with Tesla! Great Job and if every service interaction is like this, I can see why Tesla is number one in EV's!

So, I came here on a Saturday afternoon with the intent on viewing some of the different color and interior options in person. Earlier Saturday morning, I actually visited the Gallery in Southlake. My experience there was not so great, but that's another review...
The showroom is very small, they only have one car you can look at inside. However, this is a service and pickup location. So, there was ALOT of Teslas in the lot. As someone who was in the market for a first time Tesla purchase, it was interesting to see them in a real-world condition (you know, not perfectly shined up).
It was moderately busy, and I had to wait in line to speak with someone. It looked like there was only one, maybe two persons working the demos and sales. The other two people seemed to be helping with pickups.
Within a few minutes, I was able to get someone. I had some additional questions and wanted to see if they had a car with my desired options on the lot. Questions were answered and they did. I was taken to the car, but I could not get in (they can only let you into the Demo Drive units).
Afterward, I strolled around the lot and looked at some of the cars. I then decided to see if I could Demo another one. So, back inside I went. After a short wait, the gentleman said he would see if they had a car I could demo. As luck would have it, they did.
Overall, my experience here, even despite some waiting, was better than the previous experience at the Southlake Gallery (albeit, the surrounding area at SL is much nicer).

Amazing experience. I ordered my Model 3 a few days ago. The Tesla website offered a $1600 discount since the configuration I wanted was already in stock at this location. The next day, I was prompted to schedule delivery in the app. The only problem was that I was scheduled to be out of town on the available pickup dates. I went in to the dealership, introduced myself to Sha'Haloney, and asked if there's any way I can pick up the car early. She stopped what she was doing to help me, and I drove away in my new car 90 minutes later.

love my new Teslas X. Great vehicle and the delivery process was perfect. No issues at all. I took my Telsa X over to Clear Bra North Dallas for a full Clear Bra Wrap and Black out of the chrome moldings. The pricing was very fair as opposed to Speed Shield. Speed Shield was way over priced.
The work at Clear Bra North Dallas is superb! Bewtween The Tesla staff and Clear Bra North Dallas the experience wants me to do it all over again.

We worked with Greg, he was super knowledgeable, and kind enough to provide a detailed explanation of every query we had.Our concern was regarding battery, as battery took longer to charge. He has provided a detailed explanation of whatever happened, and we found out that the Issue was with the charger.

Amazing car to drive - electric is truly the future. Tesla customer service though is pretty rough. Really hard to get in touch with a real person, often need several attempts to get things fixed.
