Employees are always nice and respectful. All of the times I've ordered on the counter,I received my order correctly. But sometimes by ordering in the drive thru my order is wrong. Mostly on rush hours and I understand it. But if I let them know the mistake they fix it immediately.

Super friendly staff! Be careful in drive thru, Dallas folks tend to skip past the proper line to wait in and jump into the second drive thru speaker all the time. Dallas people are pretty rude. This staff onsite handles it well though!

With McDonald's, it's a Hit or a mess It doesn't matter where you're at. However, I found the most part that they're food here is always what it's supposed to be Fast, good, hot and affordable. My biggest compliment here is that the person who always works the Drive through windows and there are double drivers. Does such a wonderful job and has an Incredibly lovely, friendly personality.

I give only 3 stars as this place is sooooo inconsistent....one day you could go there and it's so fresh, it's like they just made it!!!next time, it's thrown into a wrapper, barely covered and tossed in a bag and tastes like it's been sitting out for hours or even burnt??? It's hit or miss here. If you're not in a hurry go inside..check your order before you leave....

We had to wait quite a few minutes for someone to come to the speaker, even though we were the only people there. The frozen Dr Pepper is just ok. It tasted flat.

I encountered Dominga today and the world needs more people like her. She is a ray of sunshine with a great spirit. Keep up the great work Dominga. Normally I don't like coming to this location because the workers will see you won't greet you and not help you. But from the moment we walked in she had a smile on her face and great customer service and because of her we will continue to come to this location.

No. I went yesterday around 3PM. No lime inside or out. The drive-thru employee was rude. Took my card, didn't offer a receipt and when I asked for one, the "manager" stated that they no longer give the McDonald's receipts at this location. So you want me to drive away not knowing what you charged me for? Good thing I remembered my order otherwise I would've driven away without HALF of my order. Asked for the number to the district manager and they gave me their McDonald's Cares number. Never coming here again.
