Employees are always nice and respectful. All of the times I've ordered on the counter,I received my order correctly. But sometimes by ordering in the drive thru my order is wrong. Mostly on rush hours and I understand it. But if I let them know the mistake they fix it immediately.
Definitely recommend using the app, saves soooooo much time, but be sure to ask for condiments before you walk away! Not a read, but will save the hassle
Super friendly staff! Be careful in drive thru, Dallas folks tend to skip past the proper line to wait in and jump into the second drive thru speaker all the time. Dallas people are pretty rude. This staff onsite handles it well though!

We had to wait quite a few minutes for someone to come to the speaker, even though we were the only people there. The frozen Dr Pepper is just ok. It tasted flat.
