Excellent place for the burger and bacon lovers! Place & environment: the place is really nice and homie and has a fun vibe. They also have a nice patio where you can chill! Service: the service was good and the servers are really nice and friendly! Food: the food is the best for burgers and fries and of course the bacon! They have literally bacon everything (bacon salt too!) Drinks: a very wide beer selection you can find just about any kind of beer. Definitely will come again!

The place is nice! Service & food was EXCELLENT!!! The manager even took the time to come around to see about our food & to see if we needed anything. This is the type of service that'll make us keep coming back! Already talked to some friends to make another date night! Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best dog friendly restaurant I’ve been too!!! The atmosphere is friendly and inviting! The food is absolutely delicious and so are their drinks!! I absolutely loved my burger! And the chicken plate was devine, I mean the carrots where soft to the touch! Perfectly made! The bartender and waitresses where so kind ! The drinks presentation was something different for me but it totally worked.

If you’ve ever fantasized about fighting off primal urges to lament over the knowledge that you are eating not one but 2 animals that are often glorified in children’s stories, this is the place to do it. They have several offerings with both Babe and Besse ground up in them and served smashed together. I have had 2 of their burgers at this point. Burger 1 is the Bison & Bacon Burger cooked medium rare. I asked for the half pound and to have the toppings doubled up with half on each bun, they did it. I thoroughly enjoyed this burger. I didn’t say a lot about it because this next one was phenomenal and it was a 50/50 blended burger. The chimera I ate was a medium rare Sriracha Burger. This is the best burger I have ever had, seriously. The 50/50 blend of ground up bacon and beef had an interesting texture and a unique taste. There wasn’t too much sauce on it. Everything on it is Sriracha infused/soaked/whatevered. If you like spicy stuff you must have this burger, don’t ruin it by getting it done anything over medium rare you freaks. They also have root beer floats, both alcoholic and non. For dessert, I had the Cococarma. This was also amazing! Their beer menu is great as well. They have several I had never had. While I feasted on Nina Tucker’s cousin I had a beer that tasted like key lime pie. Not like key lime pie beer, like key lime pie. I’ve attached their current beer menu. The variety of types of beer is stellar for a burger join or really anything that isn’t mainly a bar. They have an interesting alteration of Michelangelo’s “Creation” on their ceiling. I have uploaded this as well. The place is spotless but it is new. If they can keep all the nooks and crannies clean over the course of a year, good on them. It is very open inside. There is a loft with another bar; although, I’ve not been up there yet. It may seem a bit too bright but I think it’s just the contrast from all of the white and black they used. It also has a patio. The server I had the first time and the bartender the 2nd both knew more about the food and drinks than I expected to hear and they infused the conversation with this information without making it coming across as a speech. It was more matter of fact sounding if that makes sense. The food came out fast both times. The burgers were cooked right. The staff all had a cheerful and friendly demeanor. For my fellow veterans, they offer a military discount. 5 Stars

Well worth a run to the Greenville area of Dallas for Slater's 50 50. Really good burgers! Enjoyable atmosphere also has rooftop social space. Top rated staff.

The beer selection and variety of burger options set this new burger joint apart from many competitors in Dallas. Starting with the beer, the selection of craft beers from across the US was great and they even had limited runs not found easily at other watering holes. The BBB Bacon burger was cooked well and arrived moist and well seasoned. The rest of our parties food was cooked to order and had full flavor with the right balance of savory goodness. The one opportunity is to improve the options for a lettuce wrap. What was offered was just a bed of lettuce which took away from the enjoyable burger experience. The wine list was also acceptable but they were short on good cider options.

The Impossible Burger is here and it is EXCELLENT! It is the best veggie burger I have EVER had! I've been a vegetarian for 17 years and have never experienced anything like it. You can substitute the Impossible Burger pattie on any burger they offer. I had the original 50/50 (nix bacon & beef of course). If you told me I was eating a real hamburger, I might have believed you. Now onto the venue. This was my first time visiting Slater's. It was Monday for lunch so not a whole lot going on. The patio was full and we were served fairly quickly. It has a good vibe and looks like a nice & neat establishment. They were out of the first 3 beers I tried ordering but I was still able to get one I liked. 2 orders of fries was more than enough for 3 people. I will definitely be coming back!
