People are polite. Food was good there is just always a wait whether you order a head or not. Downside is the waiting but the upside is you do get fresher food most of the time.

Shatavia and the entire crew were so welcoming. The customer service was everything that I needed after a long day. The nacho fries and pumpkin frosty were delicious. The temperature was a little warm inside the lobby.

I'm a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews- I go through the drive-thru pretty regularly during the lunch hour and I've never had an issue with getting through the line quickly, and the employees are always nice (which is honestly something I don't expect from a fast food joint). Yeah, there's a large homeless population hanging around but that could be because this location is right next to a homeless shelter... only 4 stars though because I think their salads are getting smaller :(

This restaurant was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly, smiling, and a joyful spirit. I felt like they actually cared about the food that they were preparing and how they cooked it and served it to customers. This was a awesome experience. I would say the restaurant was a little outdated, but other than that the staff is exceptionally awesome.

I've loved Wendy's since a kids. Some of the best burgers, as far as fast food! This location has never messed up my order. Other than a few times receiving overcooked fries, not too bad!

Okay so I had a bad experience at the Wendy's on Harry Hines near the Salvation Army and Parkland Hospital and I posted it and I got a response really fast and I find that if you have some problems with the public service in most any type of business if you'll posted on the Facebook or you message them right back to you they got somebody watching that so now they're replacing our meals and I will post after work I'm hoping that everything is going to be freshly cooked and hot and but I'm pleased I don't feel they're treating me good and so have a good night and I'll post more later bye
