As I was dining at this location, it became very visible that something wasn't right. Turned out your employee, Monte, was the ONLY ONE working. He was cook, server, busser, and cashier!!! He did a fantastic job considering the circumstances!! His attitude was outstanding and never changed. His communication skills were off the charts making sure everyone had a good experience. When I returned the next day to talk with a manager about my experience, they were very pleased to find out what a great job Monte had done. I also saw the crew working that morning to be pretty darn good too. God bless

This is the best Dennys I have been to in a long time . My service from the time I entered the restaurant until I left was great ! Even the manager kept making rounds making sure that everything was okay and we didn’t need anything . I want to think this store so much for bringing back great customer service and such a welcoming atmosphere!

Everytime we come here to eat, the service, food ,and the atmosphere is amazing. I have been in the industry for 25 plus years. This place has their stuff together. The people working at this Denny's are amazing! They bring an amazing vibe to work and they keep it up day or night! They treat you like people and they treat you with care. Mattia was our waitress tonight and she was incredibly kind and sweet. Monty was our waiter last time and he has a wonderful sense of humor. This is by far our favorite Denny's to stop at when we're in Texas; the food is delicious and the service is better than anywhere else!

Customer service is slow, even when they are not busy. Pancakes are pretty small and dry. French toast was thick and okay. Food just isn’t what it used to be, but the people are great and make the environment comfortable along with the music.

Worse Denny's I've ever been in. Waitress had an attitude, ordered the grand slam, only got one egg, half cooked sausage links, had to ask another waitress for my juice, my lead had to get his own refill cause no one ever came back to table. Manager comes out for table on side of us, complained about food & service, then waitress started somewhat to do her job, since they had same server as I. She was very snooty not even worth the 1.45 I gave for tip. She did get more sausage links but with a attitude saying "put them here(napkin) all I can do is show him" did get 3 back instead of 2 but one wasn't cooked. If your not happy with what you do, then do something else, don't be a snotty bitch until your boss has to come out on the floor, then get all nice and then do your job properly. I will never eat there again, next time I'll go to Wendy's on the other side of truck stop, or eat a truck stop choice, atleast wont get an attitude from them! Uncooked food, half the eggs was supposed to get, never brought the juice was supposed to get, & very rude waitress. Not worth the time or money to eat here. Plus I watched her scratch her head & then grab plates from counter and serve them. The cook has no clue on how to cook, kept hearing others and waitress complaining the food was either wrong or not cook (i my case) or just completely off. This branch was like they just opened & had all new hires who had absolutely now clue what was going on. Untrained, uneducated, unprofessional staffing.

Whomever was cooking the morning of 10/21/2016 had made the BEST Sante Fe skillet I ever had! Every time I visit Denny's I always stick to eating what I've already tried before, and I've been to different locations and had the same skillet, but that was the best. Even my girlfriend raved over her Grand Slam. This may seem small, but there was a big difference in the taste. A good breakfast can do incredible things for your day. Not to mention that the hostess was funny, upbeat, checked on us almost every five minutes to make sure that we were okay, and I didn't catch her on her cellphone or sitting down once (how i've noticed at other locations). Our waitress kept our refills coming with a smile, and she brought our food back within a timely matter. I most def reccomend this location. Friendly staff, great food, easy access to the freeway, and plenty of laughs and jokes in between.
