This restaurant lives up to its name... "Buena Vista" as it overlooks the newly constructed part of I-30. It appears to be family owned and the service is fantastic. Our waiter was very friendly and they always make sure everything is okay.

Come out to support our friends from Rocket Radio. Great music, upbeat atmosphere. Almost a full house which is nice. We had a light dinner. The salsa for the choos had was 🔥 and ohh sooo good. We definitely will be coming back for another awesome evening 😋
Food was great. Service was awesome. Price was perfect. Atmosphere was okay.
Still I would recommend checking it out. I will be coming back and eating there for sure.
My husband and I have been going to Buena Vista for the past 30 yrs. It's always always a great atmosphere and great food!!! Owners are awesome!

Amazing food, staff and true mexicali. Great drinks with a small bar and large outside area. You have to try the Pariala Fajitas. Shrimp, Chicken, Steak and Sausage. Hummmmmmm

I can’t believe I’ve never tried this restaurant! I pass it all the time on the highway and I guess just always assumed it was a bar (the martini glass in their sign is a bit misleading), although they do definitely have a full bar and margaritas. Salsa was spicy and delicious! Steak fajitas were lacking in flavor but the onions included were super flavorful and made up for lack of flavor in the meat. Chicken enchiladas was just okay.
Prices were really good during lunch!
Will be back for a margarita during happy hour.

I have driven past this place for years, but only dined there a few weeks ago. I returned mist recently for take-out. Surprisingly the food is excellent: superbly prepared, scrumptious, and offered in abundant portions.
Friendly staff for both dine-in & take-out.
I had the enchilada plate, 1 beef 1 chicken. Both really good. I'll be back most definitely.
