Originally I gave 5 stars because everything was wonderful but now after my 2nd visit and having the same extraordinary employee "tim" I give 10 stars. CHURCH'S You really need to recognize this man. Don't ignore a good employee. It's not often you see a person this wonderful at a fast food restaurant. He's courteous, polite, and professional. In fact I would like a personal invite to make sure he gets recognized just so I know it really happens. Without a employee like him your chicken doesn't hold as much worth. So glad I got his name this time. Thank you Tim for being so damn Amazing.

This was by far one of the best Church’s I’ve been to. Customer Service Was Spectacular!!!! Food was fresh and although the wait was long, the staff came out to check on me to make sure I was safe.

This is by far the nicest Church’s Chicken I have ever been at in my life. This is my 2nd time coming here and the service just keeps getting better. The young lady in the window was amazing today!!!!! This isn’t the closest one to my house but the service is amazing! The food is good too!!!

2/11/23 - So I came to this churches with my mom and was very happy with the service provided by Qormiah (sorry if I misspelled your name). She had a good pure spirit and personality. Also the windows and surrounding areas were clean and inviting

The food is good. Sometimes, they can be a little slow or don't have any chicken ready. The employees have always been nice. I'd rather come to this location and wait on fesh chicken and sides I stead of the Inwood and 75 location they have the worst service I have ever seen. So, in my opinion, this is the better location. As I stated before, I'd rather wait for fresh cooked than to get crappie service or no service or no food or store is open but no employee's in the front of the store and or taking a chance of sitting and waiting for employee's coming from the back of the store fixing thier clothes like I didn't know what they just got done doing and didn't bother to wash thier hands afterwards further let's me know to never to return to the inwood location. This location is batting a 1,000 right now lol

Only reason I’m giving them a 5 star is because Rey was helpful and tried his best to correct the other employees mistake. The older black man was rude from the start.
Ordered a 3piece mixed spicy originally and he told me they didn’t have white meat, so I said that’s fine, just give me all spicy thighs. He said ok, hands me the bag and as I’m driving off I pull over and check my food and they’re regular, and no drink so I hopped back in line. That’s when Rey stepped in to help me this time and informed me they didn’t have any spicy chicken at all. He did his best to accommodate me in the situation.
Give mans a raise, he must carry the store on his back.

The crew here are all characters and I personally enjoy their company. Though they may ran out of multiple items on the menu, and the facility is infested with pan-handlers.. their food has been consistent, if not, better than average. Thannks y'all rocks! 🤘

The friendliness of the manager Daniel he's works at the Irving store location on Irving, Tx. But i me him at the Inwood location on Inwood road in Dallas,. Helped out there because they were short staff. He was so friendly and funny when i ordered fries and s pepper he explained that hey were out of vegetables and only had dark meat due to shortage and delivery issues. We thank him for making our experience fun and yes we did place an order. So i tell everyone to stop by the Inwood location say hi and tell him you heard about his great customer service, and place a few orders. If you've looking for s job they are hiring he said in some cases on the spot. 👍 For Churches
