Review Jack In The Box - Dallas

I ordered a breakfast combo. The breakfast sandwich was good. The hash browns wasn't hard, like some of the restaurants cook it. Great job. Otherwise I enjoyed my breakfast.

I ordered at the wrong location but they had my food when I finally arrived to pick my food. Very good customer service Very friendly and a Clean dinning area.

The food here used to be good and the service was great! That was before y'all made the horrible choice to hire a new manager named Ramona! Before her we knew most of your people by name. I'm talking about years or great service and great people. This location is only a few blocks from our home so we spent more money than I care to admit at that location ! However, when you hired this new manager we started cutting down our trips to our favorite place! The food is now bad, not just bad but gross! She fired all your great employees or made them just quit! These were people who cared about their jobs and could not take the rudeness or the shortcuts on the quality of food served. I would wait an extra minute any day to get my food right! This manager is rude to EVERYONE ! She argues with customers and rolls her eyes while speaking face to face with them! I love that I save money by not stopping there daily but I know that's not what you want your customers to do! Arthur was one of the guys who worked there before and kept us coming in all the time! He knew our voice when we were placing our order, well he's gone! She began replacing people with her family members who act just like her! I tried to wait it out thinking it would get better, so during this time I just got drinks there. I figured they couldn't mess those up, WRONG! They can't even get the tea or soda right! While going into the store one day to give back the sour tea she told me I would have to pay for another one but she would discount it! Are you kidding me, who does that? I think the one thing that disgusted me the most was how she treats our military! She acts like they are straight off the street begging for food! She decides when and if they get a discount, which I know is not the policy of Jack in the box! She knows she treats people like the dirt on her shoes and laughs about it! I could pull my bank statements and show your corporate just how much we did spend for years and how we try to avoid even going now. Even if only 50% of your customers , even 25%, are doing this as well then it has to be effecting your bottom line. Now you have an idea of why! Before this woman was hired I never had a time when I was treated poorly! I never got a burger handed back to me that was "fixed" by wiping of the meat and putting it on a new bun! This actually happened while she was working the window! I also never was told they were out of tea and not making more! That leaves nothing for me to drink since I am a diabetic and can't drink soda, not to mention I got at least 4 drinks a day for just myself as well as the drinks for the rest of my family! I think a year of trying to wait for here to get better is long enough so I'm done trying! Maybe you can find your old crew and get this joke of a crew gone! By the way, I'm not a fly by customer, I've been eating at your various locations for over 40 years! My love of Jack in the box began in Pasadena Texas when I was very young! So when I tell you this is the location that totally fails on every level, I say it from visiting so many and it just saddens me on every level! I tried not to even give it one star but your app. will not let me!
