I have been a resident for about 23 years and I sincerely have enjoyed my stay. It is a quiet, clean and comforting property. Maricela and Misty have been nothing, but helpful and great to me. I appreciate the little things such as available coffee every morning and donuts from time to time. Overall
LOVE living here! Complex is quiet, clean, and nice floor plan with beautiful, big patio. Misty and Maricela whom are running the office are super nice, intelligent and efficient. They are knowledgeable and make the move in process painless! The two of them are very helpful! Absolutely recommend!!!!
I have been very happy with my move into these apartments. They are spacious and comfortable, the process was fairly easy, and I feel safe and comfortable in the complex. My neighbors are all very nice and welcoming as well!
I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. This community is very quiet, the pool is always clean and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend moving here.
5 stars ,the apartments are clean.Have plenty of room and management is very nice.Maricela helped me through the whole process she explained everything i needed.Overall she made the move in process very simple and she was very sweet.
Misty was wonderful. Although there was a small mishap in the move in process, overall the team is nice, as is the property. Well-kept, friendly neighbors, nice pool. No complaints. Happy with my choice.
This is a nice place to live. When something needs to be taken care of, they (office/maintenance) take care of the problem in a reasonable time period. People on the end we live on pretty much stay to our selves. We greet each other but that's all I've seen.
Me & my husband LOVE living in Preston Villas! Neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is quiet & safe! Misty & Maricella were so wonderful during the application process & getting us all moved in! 10/10 would definitely recommend Preston Villas!(:

Apartments are very roomy and clean no dang roaches, fleas & rats like where I lived before at the Sophia Apts. And kitchen area is big, and they have a vanity area separated from the bathroom with its own sink...love it! Large Patio and the only issue I had was the maintenance people stained my new
