Review 7-eleven - Dallas

This is singularly the most incredible experience of my life. Because my experience was so bad, I was obviously overcharged for my charging cable ($50 for an iphone charger), and because the store was in such a state of disrepair I decided to become a better person right there on the spot. Amazing experience. You too can come here and realize that you have the power to better your life.

The hours at this location are very inconsistent. It claims 24-7 but depending on the night, the doors are closed and they don't open up until 5 am. This has happened several times. Just change your hours so people do not get upset when you guys don't open their door or hire security if it's a safety issue. Also, I read some of the comments and agree with a few people, although it has not happened to me, I've seen it happen to others. I've been to this store a few times to see what everyone is referring to.

Disgraceful retailer tried to cheat customers on putting extra items that’s not existing on the purchase. Lucky I asked for a receipt and found out the dodgy act, I questioned and got a refund. He couldn’t give a proper excuse for charging nearly $5 extra for nothing. Be aware!!!

711 is suppose to open 24hrs, the worker inside has his headphones on prancing around the store and have the doors lock. I just needed to get medicine for my child and he refuses to open up. Very poor customer service, I spend money here everyday during my work hours I will forsure take my business else where. The owner needs to check on his workers throughout each shift this is very unacceptable.

Beware of the prices of your purchase..many yellow tags not being honored like on bottles of water soda etc. Say 2 for ?? On yellow tags AN even after you enter your number AN get 7 11 rewards IT DOESNT ADD UP..management intentions is to DELIBERATE OVERCHARGE AN WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CORRECT SALES PRICE AN OVERCHARGE YOU

I would give it a negative 10 if I could. This store is open and should be closed til they replace the sorry manager who attacked me a d my husband and mace us. I've seen him mace numerous people one who paid for his coffee and the manager followed him out knocked the coffee out of his hand and mace him laughing all the way back inside. Why would 7-11 keep letting this creep work/ maybe even owner of this 7-11. I wouldn't go in that location if I was paid too!! He grabbed my husband's wrist and another store assoc. grabbed on to my husband's wrist fracturing it and he said I stole something and I didn't I'm not a thief I work for my money and he is crazy always maxing someone. So don't go to this store unless you want to get maxed!!

Got a canned Pepsi that the tag says $1.09 and gummy Life Savers for $2.79. The Pepsi did ring up at $1.09 but the gummy Life Savers rang up at $3.79. Told the guy behind the counter that it was $2.79. He said bring me the tag for them. Sure enough $2.79. Took out the price tag and tore it up and said “Sorry, wrong price”. I said “Sorry, you just lost the sale with me” and walked out while he called me a loser. After I The store, the same clerk was beating up a customer who didn’t have the correct change. Won’t return. Update: got coupons to get 2 free hotdogs and 2 free fountain drinks from The corporate office. Went here to get 1 free drink and a hot dog. This guy (Pictured) took said coupons and ripped them up saying they were not valid in HIS STORE.

Filthy and horrible customer service. The restroom was disgusting with urine all over the floor, boxers or shorts and other stuff thrown around the restroom. When I let the staff know they said it was clean. If you have a disability don't even go in there. They treated my sister and I badly. I told the cashier that I could not find any lids for my cup and he called a a stupid girl and said they had them. My sister who has speech and motor skill problems was being pressured to hurry up despite no one else waiting behind us. The cashier went to get me a lid and then grabbed my cup and put the lid on it which I find to be disgusting. We ended up going back after the cashier didn't give my sister her receipt and he printed it, waved it at us, and didn't hand it to us. My sister was also nervous about going in because of his previous behaviour and asked if he had given her back her change to which he replied with yelling and screaming. I told him to calm down and to let her check her wallet again and the money was there so we apologized. As she was grabbing her drink, she lost control of her hand coordination and her drink spilled on the counter. She said she was getting a new drink and I offered to pay for it but the cashier embarrassed us. She called my sister a stupid little girl and said "see what you did, you come here trying to get free stuff and then to steal from me and my store." I repeated that I would pay for it and he took his hand and arms to spill the spilled drink from the counter on to me. I lost my temper and told him "how would you like it if I threw soda at you" and he laughed then said he could do whatever he wants. I threw my drink with no ice and the cup remained in my hand. My sister was frightened and so we began to leave and as I took out my phone to start recording because he kept yelling insults at us, he threw a full cup of ice and soda at my head which hit my face and nose. He also threw soda at three other people who questioned why he threw soda at them and he called them thieves and said he had nothing to apologize for. The police were called and he offered them something which made them not write up a police report and made us all leave saying we were at the wrong place at the wrong time and to never go there because the same clerk had many reports against him. I called corporate and they called to offer free coupons as compensation and apparently many witnesses called in to. Guess what? No coupons have been sent and nothing has been resolved. It took place at the 7-Eleven at the St. Paul Station.
