The Best Chicken Salad Sandwich 🥪 in a very long time. With this heat I wanted something light to eat. I got more than I bargain for. The photos below will show how much diced chicken I was given. 😳🙃 I personally would have liked a little more cranberries, grapes and celery and walnuts. That's just me. The meal was delicious 🤤. I tried a Mango Lemonade 🍋 that was totally refreshing and of course my curly fries were good. I gave 5 stars because I was shocked at how big the sandwich was and quantity of chicken I received. I was satisfied ❣️ #thechickensaladsandwichwasthebomb 😁
Awesome experience at this location on Greenville Ave in Dallas, TX!! Patient employees, and was willing to change my order since I told them I couldn't really see the menu outside! And what I wanted I didn't know what it was called!!
Final transaction- Arby's cashier and the guy making it asked did you want the Gyro or the 2 sandwiches with cheese sauce you just ordered??
I told them I'll keep my original order and next time I'll order the gyro sandwich...
Both Arby's employees had awesome customer service and was going out of there way to make a customer happy!!!!

I hadn't been to Arby's in several years. When I drove by it was like a brisket sandwich was calling my
name. I got that, curly fries
and a drink. I was able to order quickly, and before I could sit down, a young man was bringing my meal.
The food was great, employees were helpful and friendly the atmosphere was quiet, and I enjoyed my

My husband and I ordered a roast beef sandwich with crinkled fries and their 9 piece chicken wings with curly fries. It didn’t take too long to get our food. But when we sat down and opened up our packages, I realized that I was given a 6 piece and not the 9 piece I ordered and my husband realized that his sandwich barely had any meat in it. It was pretty flat. However, one of the employees who took our order, Jacob, was more than willing to help fix our issues. He immediately went and got me the rest of my chicken wings and there was even an extra one for their mistake. He also made my husband a second sandwich!! When my husband brought up the complaint, Jacob’s response was “I gotchu!” That is excellent customer service right there! He didn’t have to do all that but he did and we really appreciated it! Thank you Jacob! We enjoyed our meal too! :)
It's been a while since I've been to an Arby's and I see a few things have changed, the look of the restaurant, some menu items but nothing more noticeable than the prices. The food is still good but I think a little pricey.
The forth burger is the big cheesy bacon burger and it was delicious
I've never had a double beef n cheddar before. It was delicious and definitely big enough, I couldn't finish it. Everything was great.
I enjoyed my food. I ordered the French dip and it was perfectly made. The young man that made the order was polite. He made my food look like the billboard pictures lol.
