While I was out and about in Dallas I was looking for something filling yet healthy and this place didn’t disappoint!
Now I’ve already talked about the greatness that is the SkinnyFATS punch - which is crazy!
This place has a Healthy and Happy menu for those who are choosing to make healthier or happy decisions.
With the SkinnyFATS punch, I got the Smoke In A Bowl (gluten free!) which comes with bbq chicken, peppers, onions, pineapple, black bean salsa, cilantro yo, jasmine rice.
And it’s only 513 calories!
I’d have to say the punch is my favorite. It’s so flavorful and you get so much of it!
There are some ways to improve that’s been noted by other reviewers.
I counted so many flies that came to my table and I sat at a table that had water dripping that sometimes fell either on the table or on my head. The lady at the front was wrestling between taking my order and answering the phones and when she would answer the phone she wouldn’t say “excuse me”.
Small nuances but still a great experience. I’m glad it was relatively empty when I went because no one wore masks either.

Stopped here for lunch and it was decent. Love the sweet potato fries. The chicken sandwich was ok -- had a good crispy batter. Great bar and patio dining. May have to come by again and try their brunch/breakfast. Overall, pleasant experience

First time here and the experience was great! We were greeted upon entry and introduced to the restaurant's menu and overall theme. Left half of the menu is for the healthier meals - under 600 calories - and the right is focused on being happy and not giving a hoot about the calories. Very cool concept. Pay and tip before seating, yes!
The atmosphere is energetic and unique. Great seating no matter what you choose. Sat up top on the second floor.
We got the Buffalo Clux and 🍟... We were definitely Happy! Shared the meal because the portion is generous. Left quite impressed with the place and will for sure come back.
Grab some friends, head over and pick a side. It's a good time! Recommend 👍

This place is a good hang out place. I loved the blazing chicken strips. I also ordered the more cow bowl. It was good, but it took them 2 times to get it right. First time they gave me uncooked rice. Second time was fine, but the sauce tasted different then the first time I got it. I would probably come back for another try.

Food was overall fresh and good. Although the chicken sandwich was fresh, it was a little over cooked so it was dry and not super juicy. But the front staff was nice and helpful. Will be coming again to try the chicken sandwich!

This place is in a great spot and has such a cute interior. Very modern but artsy at the same time. They have a nice amount of choices on the menu as well as some amazing cookies. The service was great and the food was just as great. Me and my friend were both trying it out for the first time but we loved it.

Interesting blend of clean/healthy plates and tasty finger food - hence "skinny fats". Tried one of each, overall 7/10, brussel sprouts were bland and the balls didn't quite complement flavors. Will have to come back and try other options, the menu is definitely unique and intriguing.
Also, wide range of local craft beer.

Me and my husband came here for the first time on Friday and I can't tell you how amazing the staff was. We first heard about it on Instagram so we decided to try it out. We walked in first impression was great music with an up beat vibe. Instantly greeted by multiple staff members. One in particular Jesse was more then helpful. He welcomed us in, we mentioned to him it was out first time here, he was more then happy to explain the entire menu and most popular items as well. So we order and during our 1two hours here, he and other staff members came up to us and other customers to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. I enjoyed my time here so much that we came back this time bringing our younger son with us. Jesse once again gave outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this place.

Great service! Went Saturday around 4pm on a bright sunny day and it wasn't too crowded. Chicken and waffles. Moo burger kids meal. Truffle fries. FROSE WAS DECENT.

Ate here today and loved it! I got the avocado toast with a side of truffle fries and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles! All three items were delicious and the atmosphere was super cool. Only thing I would change is the music was a bit loud and distracting, and as much as I love edm, it might be nice for some chill music to be mixed in. Otherwise, everyone was very kind and we had a great time! Will be returning.

This is a neat concept – you can decide if you want something on the healthy side or the more indulgent side, which you can’t usually do in the same restaurant. They have a fairly large menu with a wide range of selections so I think everyone would be able to find something that sounds good to them. Their patio is heated and dog friendly so it is a good place to check out any time of the year.

I was here on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The vibe of this place is relaxed and easy going. Loved the avocado toast and the punch. I'll definitely visit again if I happen to be in the area.

Good food, fun concept, nice ketchup selection, friendly staff, hip atmosphere. Perhaps only downside is less viscous ketchup bottles being hard to pour. Will be back to try more.

Here for work and I found this place. I was very pleased with my choice. Beef short rib curry bowl. I didn't know this is what I wanted but it sure was delicious. I highly recommend this place.
