Whoever is in charge of this Google My Business should change the name to Cesar’s Tacos. This is not Pollo Regio and Google could be sending people here and others will only find out this isn’t their destination until they get here.

This is one of my favorite restaurant chains. As a chain, I give them 5 stars. This specific location gets 3 stars. I eat here about once a week since it is not far from my office. The areas of improvement for this location are as follows:
-Slow service, it takes a long time to place an order.
-The condiments bar is often out of the red sauce or chips, etc.
-There has been 3 different occasions when my rice was clearly way too old and spoiled. It should not have been served, to be fair I have never brought this up to management attention.. mostly because I don't want to deal with the hassle of standing in line again. I am still a loyal customer but is a lot of room for improvement at this location.

I love this place!! I'm so addicted to the chicken. It makes it hard to avoid, when they are cooking, the smoke fills the streets of welcoming Mexican flavor, style chicken.
tortillas, beans, rice, and Rico Rico pollo. I work at dealership down the road.
The food is excellent, image was impressive. The service was ok. Not the craziest, but acceptable. I'm going to eat, not get married. Its all good
Avoid all fast food, go Pollo Regio

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The lady that runs the drive thru (short, medium complected) she is soo rude. Both in the drive thru and when you go inside. Last time I went inside and order 4 chicken orders and she only gave me 1 sauce for all 4 chickens. I told her, isn't one sauce just for one order and she argued with me saying she "was only allowed to give 1 per transaction". I almost return all the orders and had her charge me each one separate but I was on my lunch. She offered to give me others, but I had to pay 1.99 for each one. So what I did was dump the rice in front of her and went to the bar and filled it up. Today we had the same issue as the other person, that we waited in the drive thru and no one ever phoned in. We drove up and said " sorry no one ever helped us so we just drove up" she just plainly said..." It works, I am just busy what do you want to order?" Last time of me going to that place, I rather take a longer lunch than have to deal with her. Maybe they need to change the staff, and more people will go

So i decided to try this place hoping I would have the same level of quality as the others i have been to. What a disappointment !!! First of all, i drive up to the drive thru and no one comes on the intercom tho take my order. So i drive up too the window and asked if the intercom was working and this older guy came up and said out works...ok... whatever. I place my order at the window and the guy seemed not tho understand what i was asking for, despite speaking slowly and repeating myself several times. So i bet my order, i had to check out, of course they messed it up. I bag tho go through a rerun of my order three more times. They didn't include my tortillas that i had paid for on my order & the good was so inappealing, i just took out and went on my essay because they had already charged my card. This is the worst drive thru experience i have ever had & I'm very disappointed! Owners of the franchise need too Patti aytention to who they entrust their business to because there are a lot of poorly trained one just plain incompetent people working at this location. O will never go there again and I'm going to tell friend and anyone i know not to bother with that location.

Chicken has excellent flavor, love the jalapeño salsa, but I've come to this location twice now and gotten what looks to be pink, undercooked chicken. Check your meats first. Good way to get sick.

Oh man we had twice baked chicken today. Terrible smelling beans, no air conditioner. They were out of chips at 12:13pm and explicit rap music playing over the speakers. 07-5-17. This is normally our favorite place to eat.
