Got 2 pepperoni pizzas they take 4 min to cook. Service was fast both pizzas had a slice with just bread and sauce. Pizzas are about 10" and $20 each. Crust doesn't really have flavor but was cheesy and plenty of pep besides those slices that had nothing very strange. Sauce is incomparable to any big chain pizza and I really liked it. Plenty of local pizza spots in the area for a better price but if your feeling lazy like I was I recommend this pizza.

I've had quite a few pleasant experiences here. The pastries are pretty good and they have great Starbucks coffee. Very pleasant service here too. The prices are a little higher than your regular Starbucks though. There's no real reason to go here unless you are staying at the Hilton Anatole.

The staff we interacted with were helpful and courteous. The rooms were nice, well maintained, and my son enjoyed every evening in the lazy river. If you are attending a conference, be prepared for extreme cold. I attend conferences regularly and used to meeting rooms being colder than necessary but this experience extreme and quite frankly the biggest downside to the whole conference. Even with long sleeves and a jacket or blazer I was still cold to the point that it was uncomfortable and hard to focus.

Hotel was hot in upper floors around atrium! No ventilation or air conditioning. Our room was hot (dirty air filter-at least 3 yrs of accumulation. Had to call maintenance)! Had to pay to park even though we just spent a fortune on a room. Restaurants were over priced. Water park was the best part.
Would not go back and would not recommend it.

We loved our stay! Our room was great and we had so much fun at the water park with our daughter. Staff there was so friendly and helpful and the lifeguards were actively supervising the pool areas. The kids free dinner perk worked out nicely as did the free coffees and half priced parking. I will be highly recommending this place to friends. We are planning another trip back soon. We had a fabulous time!!

It’s a beautiful hotel, lots of shops and galleries, wonderful service. Rooms are spacious. The Ser Restaurant has a fantastic view at 27 floors up.. highly recommend it. Right in downtown Dallas.. close to eateries, shopping and historic tours

Had a last minute overnight stay with two kiddos (11 and 18 months) and enjoyed our stay. Valet was nice and the gentleman assisting felt terrible there wasn’t a luggage cart and went and tracked one down after apologizing profusely since I had a toddler with lots of stuff. Check in did take a while, but they only had two people checking guests in. Once to our room, it was nice and clean. The water park was super packed and chairs were very scarce as well as tubes for the lazy river. Unattended kids should be wrangled from knocking little ones over in the water, but I guess that is more of a parent issue. The room service food was good, even though our gratuity was doubled on the final bill. Checkout was easy over the phone system and getting our car through valet was quick and painless. Overall a good stay with minor issues.

Check in was slow and the lobby was a mess. The water provided was empty with dirty cups everywhere. Service everywhere else was very good. The poolside service was friendly. We ate at Media and server was great and prepared something extra for my daughters birthday which is why we were there. Our room was outdated and just average.
If our stay ended here I would give the hotel 3 stars since outside the water park the hotel is average at best.
When the valet pulled my truck around we noticed the tailgate had been stolen. Rather than help us the valet refused to talk to us telling us not there fault and nothing they can do. They even refused to help or provide information to the ploice. I am now trying to figure out how to cover a $2600 repair with no help from the Valet company or Anatole.

The staff was great. Had a glitch with my card. And the AC went out in my room. Card was taken care of. The front desk sent maintenance to my room at 2am and he had it back up and running quickly. And the water park is top notch. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my family (5 of us) for the weekend. We will be back :) Beautiful hotel. Thanks again

So me and my parents and my 6 year old son stayed here for a weekend. My son loved the water park and that is the only reason I give this place two starts the rest was awful. We waited almost 2 hrs for the restaurant on Friday night and then the side we stayed on didn’t have any ac in the lobby area and it was extremely stuffy and hot. Plus our elevator bank only had two working elevators and you had a convention going on and there was a constant 20min wait for the elevator. The ac in mine and my sons room wasn’t broken but the room just wouldn’t seem to cool off and my parents cable in their room didn’t work. Seems like this hotel would have it more put together to accommodate the number of guests they had but they couldn’t and for me and my parents it was a terrible experience. My Dad said he would never go back. We are thinking Great Wolf lodge next time.

Beware of leaving any items in your room at check out. You won't get them back! I left an expensive pair of shoes in my room when I checked out and didn't discover it until later that evening. I called and got their lost and found, went through the process of completing the online request, and got back a response within 24 hours stating my items were not found and the case was closed. The room in the Towers was ok but pricey for what you got (a view of the parking lot). We chose the Towers to be close to Jade Waters. The few restaurants available were very pricey. Check in at the Towers was extremely slow. That's another story. After paying premium for a room and food, then losing a nice pair of shoes, this was a very costly overnight stay. Oh, and don't forget the expensive overnight parking (even with discount). Although our stay included the convenience of using Jade Waters (which was a good experience), this was a very expensive overnight stay.

The facility was wonderful ! Quiet bedrooms, Media- an excellent restaurant with great service. Outdoor grounds were picturesque! Although the hotel is huge, convention NSA, was one end so it didn't seem as large. The only drawback - the ballroom and exhibit room was miserably, miserably, miserably COLD !!!! Many walked outside to thaw out. One speaker on stage, wore a table cloth to keep warm. There is no excuse for that. Were you told to correct it? even Senator breakout room was freezing! My memory of the hotel was the frigid temp. Carol
