I ordered 12 piece family chicken meal spicy but they only gave me 8 spicy and 4 mild since they were about to close. They did ask me if that was ok and I did agree and didn’t want to inconvenience the people that work there. I guess that’s ok but I certainly did not get 100% of what I really want
Contrary to what many other reviewers mentioned, the lobby was open when I picked up my online order at 6 PM. The process was quick and painless, and I was in and out within 2 minutes. The food was the usual Popeye's quality that was expected.

I'm from Houston and was in Dallas for 2 months for work. I ate here once a week. The food was ALWAYS delicious hot and fresh! This is real Popeyes chicken and the owner and staff gave great service. It never disappointed. 5 STARS!!!!!
Best fried chicken sandwich anywhere - even beats out CFA. The red beans and rice, biscuits, Mac and cheese are the best. I go here WAY too often! Lol I’ll go tomorrow just because writing this review has me craving it again!
