Cold in here. Food always good for monet and I got a free Whataburger Jr for using app many times. LOL! Cashier helped me use points off the app. Slow to bring food and didn't bring condiments so askedfor ketchup. Floor not really clean. But I like Whataburger anywhere.
Whataburger is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Their fresh toppings on my burger: onions, tomato, lettuce are my favorite and very scrumptious!
Drive thru was really slow. Yes, typically slow, but this was extra long at 10pm. Fries were a little dried out.
So apparently, there’s no consistency as to chocolate shakes served at Whataburger. I live next to a Whataburger and I go there quite frequently unfortunately and I get “chocolate” shakes. The placebo effect has so far managed to make it pass for a chocolate lite.

Total understatement from a 200lb, but I love burgers and I love to go to different places to try them. Never been to one of these Whataburgers. Heard great things. I'm still partial to Five Guys and In N Out, but this was definitely very good. I can see why this place is successful. I just got the

The manager and cook were amazing and were huge above service. Super nice and welcome. She deserves recognition.

This Whataburger has the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. The food was good and fresh but Kimberly in the drive-thru made my day. She was so super nice and very polite. Keep up the amazing work and Thank you for being a decent human being :)
