Michael Suhar and I had a wonderful time here. So much so we came back the next day. Great food, you get to pick exactly what you want and how you want it PLUS they serve booze which is always a nice touch. I would love to go again. The prices were nice and the place wasn't packed, and no loud music.

This is my first time experiencing this style of serving food. It works like this:
1. You select a size of bowl: small, regular, large depending on your appetite.
2. Tell them the base you want like rice , noodles or mix (they give you a small menu for this)
3. Once done, they give you a container to fill in the raw proteins, veggies, sauces and the seasoning … All of this can be stacked as much as you can fill in the container.
4. Now, you go to the cook and give all this ingredients and he will grill it for you with the base selection added in the 1st step.
The server brings it up to your table and bon appetite.
Loved the concept! The food was excellent with the choices of ingredients I picked .
If you haven’t been here, it’s time to try it out .
They have parking outside the restaurant.
Overall, I liked the food and the quantity was enough. Quite expensive but worth it.

I came in last week with my 3 daughters. It was their first time and they were so excited to be able to build their own bowl. Key was my server, if I could give him 10 stars I would. He took care of me and my girls like we were family! He went way over and beyond. I eat out ALOT and there is no server that could compare to the customer service this man rendered to us. Taking three kids out to eat definitely is a hassle but he helped me out so much and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Thank you key and Ghengis for a wonderful and everlasting memory!

The food was really good. The waitstaff were friendly but my waitress didn't have the mask covering her nose. The rest of the staff wore theirs properly. I had pasta and noodles with smoked bacon, pork, and steak for meat I did potatoes for veggies and tried the orange sauce.. I am used to Mongolian grills with unlimited trips but this place you pay per bowl. It would be nice to have a few small bowls to try different combinations but with this model it would be pricy I will go back to try something else still.
Update tried the endless bowl. Only got through two. Still tasty. Staff is friendly. See how many bowls you can make

I love the fact that I could eat my food without any salt. The taste was great, no greasy or sugary but flavorful. The man working was very friendly. He gave me prompt service. The price is great for the amount of food you receive, $10 feeds you like a king.

Only time I can enjoy this food is when I come to Dallas. Once again you did not disappoint. Great food, great service and priced appropriate. I'll be back in a couple months when I'm in Dallas again.

It’s a new way of making your bowl. Vegetarians needs to be aware they cook veg-non veg together. You take all you want in a the protein required , veggies, seasoning and the sauce and give it to the person to grill with base of rice or noodles etc.
It is very delicious in taste and bowl happen to soo big that my dinner and lunch got sorted. Must try.

Nice and different. Parking right outside. Good family atmosphere. Great customer service. If you have never been it's Time for you to go. Good healthy food. You will get full so have a good appetite. Nice and clean. Enjoy!

Dustin greeted us as soon as we walked in with a smile and made us feel welcome. Very attentive and made sure we never had to get up once we went through the line. Drinks never went empty and made our lunch spectacular.

Nice staff. Laid back atmosphere. Good for a quick dine in or take out. First time coming here but definitely won't be the last. Really great for people with dietary restrictions like me. You choose your own food and spices. Highly recommend.

Genghis grill has really good variety of food, and a fun atmosphere. This particular time I visited, the raw meat was looking a little bit gross, but usually it is cold and fresh! The only downside is that sometimes (like I usually do) you can overdo it with the spices and mixing of flavors and meats and whatnot, and your dish actually comes out tasting weird. I would recommend following the recommended guides to "building the perfect bowl." They were also out of eggs when we went, so that was lame, but they gave me two "carbs" to make up for it for no extra cost! Also, if you sign up for their email list, then you get a free bowl on your birthday! I love Genghis and will continue to eat here!

Poorly priced swill. The food in a sense isn't necessarily bad, it's likely going to be an unbalanced mash unless you already have experience cooking, but if you can cook why bother here? The ingredients were fairly low quality and the buffet pick-your-own setting of this chain seems like it'd be plagued in cross contamination. A friend and I had two bowls and a lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap was utter rubbish and the greens not separated so it resulted in more of a warm salad than wrap. It also seemed like it was overpriced for what I got, especially since in this day and age it's not hard to find high quality for low price local food. I'd honestly recommend going outside the large chain world for something more tasty and unique.

TERRIFIC!. I always want to visit here when i am in an asian mood!!!! its very good and the atmosphere is so cool. people allergic to shellfish can eat there with a special meal cooked away from all of the other foods. so my review is VERY complimentary and positive towards this restaurant, but it is pretty pricey....
