Baskin-Robbins is really the best. They have cakes, ice cream cakes, smoothies, milkshakes, brownies, sundaes, and of course ice cream! They're so many flavors to pick and choose from sometimes you're unsure! The Employee's there are really nice and patient and you can ask them for a sample. There's different ice cream cones and extras to put on top. They have tons of flavors for anyone, they also have different serving opinions to pick from. I really recommend the ice cream cakes so good that I got one for my birthday 😋. Was my childhood ice cream place ❤️. I hope you can have a similar experience to mine. 😁

I had some miscommunication on a cake pick up and even though it didn’t go as planned the main manager Robert was willing to help me out and complete my order to the best of their abilities- I ended up with an upgrade. I appreciate his time and honestly.

Been going to this site for over 40 years and I've known the whole family. My son is 44 years old and is the only ice cream shop he visits when comes to Dallas. I love the Cherry Burgundy aka Cherry Jubilee.

I normally order from here via Uber Eats so I have never actually been to this location. However, I still always receive excellent customer service. My order is always correct and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always kind and friendly. They don't mind answering questions when I call, and they leave notes of appreciation in my order. Small things like that are what make me keep ordering from here.
