Food is great! Service could be a bit better but it’s not bad. Atmosphere is perfect for 35 and up that want to have a great time with no drama. Music is good also!
I visited my sister and she brought me here. We dined in between 6:30p and 7:30p. The food came out quickly (we both got the rum punch and super oxtails).
The customer service was EVERYTHING! I was going to leave a review anyway, but this has me posting while in the car lol. I think our waitress was “Shani”? She was great and everyone else was too.
First off, the food here is delicious. I haven’t had good Jamaican food in a long time, so I would come back for that alone. Everything else wasn’t really my cup of tea. I’m not sure if they always have a door fee, but having to pay to get into a restaurant was off putting. The music was way too loud. My friend and I had to scream at each other across our tiny table until we just gave up on trying to talk altogether. The drinks were pricey. The service was slow. The place looks a little run down. If I ate here again, I’d probably call it in for pick up
Heroes is located just off the interstate for easy access. There's plenty of parking and seemingly we'll lit (I visited just just before dark). It looked like a photo banner near the entrance, but it was too dark for a clean photo. I ordered the Curry Vegetable and a Ginger Beer to go and OMG, this meal was so delicious and authentic 😋 I will definitely visit again the very next time I'm in town.
This place is the best Jamaican food I’ve had since I’ve moved to Texas (I’ve tried Jamaican food in San Antonio, Houston and now Dallas). I ordered takeout and tried the 3 meat plate. The oxtails were 7/10, jerk 9/10, curry 10/10. Rice and peas were pretty decent, cabbage was 10/10 for me. And they included this hot sauce Lawd that was delicious! Will be my go to spot for Jamaican good!!
I recently relocated from OH to TX and as a vegan it's hard to find a great bar & restaurant. Yesterday me and my family had a ball at happy hour. I had the BEST vegan veggie plate! Everything on my plate was fresh and seasoned to perfection! Our server was very polite and provided awesome service as well! I will be back!! #VeganLife #WholisticallyYou

Ordered twice online and once in person. The young lady at the bar was very nice. I ordered a large and that's exactly what I received! The oxtail are worth the money. Also got a side order of onions and plantains. Everything was delicious 😋.
Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because when I ordered on uber although delicious didn't feel like I got the same quality of food as I got when I ordered in person. But still it's a great restaurant and great food. Will go there again!

DJs spin a mix of reggae, Afro beats, riddim and old school dubs, creating the perfect atmosphere for authentic island vibes. It's their food that really sets them apart. Oxtail, chicken jerk, plantains and Jamaican curry are all authentic and absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, the owner, Sport, is an incredible host. Weekends are packed, but if you just like to chill, eat great food and lounge at a 420 friendly patio, weekdays are great.
People are extremely friendly, it’s truly ALL LOVE!!
Came here in search of Caribbean food and ended up at a full on day party. Great music, food, and drinks. servers were nice and helpful.
