Chose a beautiful T bone steak at American Butchers. They cooked it to perfection, and the fries were extremely fresh and delicious. The texas Philly was incredible as well. Highly recommend! I am visiting Dallas and wanted a Texas steak, and I got it without the high restaurant prices!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I had Texas Burger and Texas Cuban and we both loved Texas Cuban. Of course the burger was good too but the Cuban sandwitch.. is another level! So so good. It is the best food I've ever had in the US. Texas Cuban is a bit spicy though but I love Spicy so I loved it. And the beers were good too. If you are looking for a place to have a good meal at Dalls Farmers Market, this is the place you should go. The staffs are super friendly too. Thank Beyond The Butchers for the great food and time! We will come back next time we come to Dallas. :-)

French Dip is pretty good.
Looking for some lunch in Dallas and we came across Farmer’s Market where they have a bunch of shops and food places. I opted for Beyond the Butchers. Saw their Daily Specials menu and went with the French Dip.
Sandwich was really good. Great sauce and a nice helping of meat. It filled me up good and everything just tasted right. They don’t offer a pickle? Well that’s fine. I enjoyed my sandwich.
The staff seemed nice and inviting.
I would recommend coming here!

I stayed at an Airbnb across the road from the Dallas Farmers market. For my last night in Dallas (and the US) I wanted a proper Texan steak, I noticed on the menu that if you bought a steak at the butcher (next door) they would cook it. They cooked my 1.7ILB Texan Rib eye beautifully, also nice beers and very friendly staff

The food is super delicious . One of the best option is to build your own burger. It’s very good for Group. I highly recommend a place. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Ordered the Beef burger with pepper jack cheese.
No frills kinda place. Burger was OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was really well cooked (medium) and juicy. Like don't really know what else I can say except it was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Was kinda expensive, but the beef patty was big!

My wife bought a raw steak at the market and let them cook there. It was a brilliant choice because the flavor and tender of the steak were fantastic. I recommend the french fries, too.

We ordered the sliders, and they were delicious! We just wanted a quick little bite, and they were the perfect size. The staff here was very friendly also. The Brisket had GREAT flavor, the pulled pork was ehh okay, I would definitely recommend the brisket!

Excellent food, fresh and made to order. Everything I’ve tried, from breakfast skillets to steaks, is outstanding. Hard to beat picking a fresh cut of meat two doors down at the American Butcher shop, and having them prepare it for you at this grill.

Absolutely Delicious. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to. They have the absolute best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. The Baked potato with beef bacon (it’s delicious) was amazing too! Not from Dallas but I will come back here if I’m ever in the city again.

This place is the definition of farm to table. The beef is never frozen and you can really taste the difference. Desiree is so nice and took the time to explain where the food comes from. I had the Texas burger and it was AWESOME! Highly recommend!!!

So many choices in this food hall but I’m glad we choose this place. All meat is fresh and the food was cooked to order which makes all the difference. We had burgers and fries, the burgers were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

For a restaurant that is almost constantly busy in the weekends, this place is amazing. The staff are super cordial and knowledgeable, the food is to DIE FOR (seriously, the best lamb burger I have ever had, and I've toured the Mediterranean), and despite limited seating, the vibe is always active and fun! I visit this place regularly and the quality of food and service is consistently amazing. Make this place your new go-to for lunch!

French dip is pretty good. Lots of cheese and plenty of au jus. Meat is a bit dry.

It’s pretty snowy/icy out, we are from out of the area. We were fortunate enough to find that the Farmers Market had a few spots open, originally it wasn’t our plan to stop there, but it worked out that way. The hospitality is wonderful. Although they only had two people on shift it was ran very smoothly and timely. The brisket and beef burgers were downright delicious, even the fries. The burgers were extremely filling, and the fries are crispy in all the right places. The tap choices were amazing as well. The best part was coming up to tip, and finding out that they donate all tips to help fund scholarships for children. Really amazing food and staff, with a great mission. Will definitely be back when we are back in Dallas!

Not only is the food incredible, but so is the customer service. The 2 owners (the butcher and hostess) and even the chef, went out of their way to make sure my wife and I were happy, taken care of and truly enjoyed, not only our meal, but also overall experience at their restaurant and the city. Doesn’t get much better than that when it comes to an outstanding local business. Definitely going back!
