First time coming to eat here and the fried fish and shrimp were off the hook (get it, lol)! I liked everything including their fries. The lady working in the front was real nice and friendly. I would have rate it a 5 star but gave it a 4 because they were out of pickles. I'll be coming back though
Love hate relationship with Ronnie's, sometimes fish is fried just right and order is correct. Other times undercooked and missing pieces. When it's right it's good, just check order before driving off. They will re cook it. New menu with higher prices. You no longer can eat and/or wait in thr lobby
I love Ronnie's fish! This Ronnie's was in South Dallas. They don't cheat you out of the fish. It tasted great and was hot.
Not only's the fish good... the customer service is even better. Being a CASH ONLY restaurant... and me only having debit/credit cards. Ronnie the owner BLESSED me with my food for FREE. He said order what you want. This is what you call PAYING IT FORWARD. I now go once- twice and a week on purpose
My husband and I tried this place for the first time, this past weekend. First, the positives: the food is very good! We both had the 3-fillet and shrimp combo, which came with fries, a few slices of pickles, and a few slices of white bread. Fish had perfect flavor--definitely fresh, and not frozen.
Food was good...but needed seasoning on the fries..call in before going,or you'll be waiting
I love it I work there and the one in south Dallas and on Monday I work Illinois come check us out I make sure you get what u ask for with the red hair Tuesday and Wednesday south Dallas and Thursday thru Saturday pleasant Grove come check out we back open much love and respect

Called ahead to place a pick up order. Hot and fresh in 15 minutes. Cash only. The store front may be small,but the cat fish fillet taste is BIG.
