I gave it a 5 star overall because I love Jersey Mike's, but this particular store overloaded on the lettuce 😐. The flavor was there "Mike's way" of course, but too much lettuce.
Excellent sandwiches. Very friendly staff. They try to have good service, but sometimes they are too busy. Not really their fault.

I just left Jersey Mike's subs on Lemmon Avenue and the experience was superb and on mark. I was looking for a particular sandwich meatballs but they didn't have it but the young man who helped me serve me Jersey Mike's Philly and I told him to fix it as how he would eat it. It didn't last 2 minute
What can I say? I'm a JM's fan! Great sandwiches. I only wish the chain would add soups to their offerings. This location is great. The people are amazingly efficient and quick! They are also abundantly friendly, and that makes for a nice experience. I definitely recommend the #9 with mayo, "Mike
As always, the food is great. Fresh ingredients, and plenty of them! Seems like they have quite a few new team members, but the management on duty always help them through the issues. My fave, #13 on white with extra tomato and pepper relish....YUM!
As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted by the entire staff and we felt so at home. The attention to detail was unmatched. Not to mention the store was extremely clean! This was the best experience we have had with customer service in such a long time. We will definitely be back!
