Every time I come to this location I get good service. But I have to shout out Dulce, she is incredibly nice and had no problem helping us! We forgot to order sauce with our online order, and she was able to run back to building and grab us some. I saw her again today and got her name. Thank you for being so kind and just having an overall great attitude , you made our day.
This was our 1st time at this location. Our experience was great The only reason for 4 🌟 is because food 1 & 2 was warm, not freshly hot, the 3rd was a salad. The employees were warm & friendly, very engaging. There was one slip up w an associate but it was a funny slip & maybe due to them being tired. The building a little smaller than what we're use to & a little cooler (assuming to keep the germs at bay; it was a cool night). We enjoyed ourselves overall!!
This particular Chik-Fil-A is exquisitely managed. As soon as we walked in we were asked if we wished to dine in and were whisked to a table where a very nice “steward” Eva, took patiently great care of us while collecting our order. The surprise was when “Rocky” the robot server appeared later and provided us with our entire order. It was a nice experience to see such an elevation in service and a unique experience. Even the general manager Andrew came out to check on our meal as well as his entire staff, making sure our order was right and our drinks never empty.
Food is always fresh and ready when I arrive. The app makes things really easy to customize. Even when they are super busy - they all seem to keep smiling and deliver great service.
Went to this location to pick up breakfast order and because it was so close to 10:30am, breakfast cutoff, my online order in the app was cancelled. The way that this was handled was, as you expect, world class. The associate Chris and manager Caleb both went above and beyond to get the this situation rectified, even though it was caused by no fault of their own. This type of service, while common at this location, is so incredibly appreciated because I work very hard for my money and love to spend it with businesses that understand and appreciate that. Keep up the amazing service and please recognize Chris and Caleb for their consistency in setting the highest standard for customer service and appreciation. I am forever a Chick-fil-A customer and advocate!
I don't eat fast food, but my 10-year-old daughter does. I took her there for lunch. We got takeout so we had to go through the drive-thru which is a bit convoluted to get to. The people who took our order were very friendly and efficient. We got the food fast and we were on our way. She eats the chicken nuggets, fries and a chocolate shake. She loves their fries. They also offer a pup cup and we got one for the dogs.
Arturo has the best customer service anyone could ask for. He goes above and beyond! I will keep coming back here just because of him. Andrew is also the sweetest, he always gives my babies attention and care!
I love this chick fil a. Friendly staff and clean environment. Michael the owner is always generous from time to time giving away freebies via email. Overall, 5 out 5 at this location!
This Chick-Fil-A is a machine! The staff is super cool and nice. They’re always asking if everything is alright or if you need anything. The food is great and comes out quick. The only thing that takes away from this restaurant is the horribly planned light and the resulting traffic.
Customer service was amazing Arturo , Ella , Chris and Litzy did such a great job not including food was wonderful!!!
