You can order ahead and have Kolachis ready as early as 5am. This location has a line out the door some mornings, and the people here will remember you if you come on a regular basis. If your spouse usually comes with you and happens to miss a visit, they'll notice and offer the person's favorite item be added to your order. The croissant Kolachis are great, as well as the old fashioned donuts made with sour cream. Definitely go with both savory and sweet in your order. Choosing the jumbo size Kolachi to makes it easier to fill up on these tasty treats.

Donut King is a family owned and run business that has been in the location next to Dominos for at least the 18 years I have lived in the area. The sweet older couple that used to always be there have retired, I think. I only see the older lady on the weekends sometimes. She is the reason I have always returned to this Donut Shop because she is always so kind and grateful. The younger people who run the business now must be sons/daughters or nieces/nephews and they are just as kind. And of course, the most important thing, their donuts are fantastic! I know there are good donuts to be had at other places, but these donuts are really good! From the "cake" donuts, the ones made with sour cream and the plain old glazed donuts, they are all great. My favorite are the raspberry filled ones. They have other fillings, but I always get raspberry, so I'm not sure what else they have except for Bavarian cream. They also have "pigs in a blanket" and other meat and egg type pastries. I believe their hours are 5:30am until noon. Check them out if you haven't. You won't be disappointed!

Love their glazed donuts!!! So soft and fluffy. Pigs-in-a-blanket are great and warm just right. They usually don't make it home cause we eat them in the car. Small neighborhood business- family owned. The couple are as sweet as can be. Please go by and support this business.

First time here today. All the donuts looked wonderful, but I needed to stay focused and only get 2. I picked up my two faves - chocolate glazed cake & blueberry glazed cake. Both are excellent. The couple that owns this shop are the sweetest! Their customer service is a lost art. Extremely friendly and so happy, which is especially welcoming right now. After I paid, she even put hand sanitizer on my debit card.

My grandson and I stop every week to buy pig in blanket, glazed donuts, and glaze old fashion donuts. The owner whom I call momma is so sweet. She love to see my Grandson. She always tell him he's a handsome smart boy.

We came in right before closing, and the owner was so sweet. She even gave us some extra donuts. They make the cutest donuts too. I've never been anywhere to get a frog shaped donut.

When I've had other donuts in other cities, I was disappointed and can't wait to come back to Dallas to eat here. If they ever close, I will never eat donuts again.
