I smell the delicious smoke and food in the mornings in the neighborhood and was happy we finally tried it. It was as good as it smells!
The beef rib (Saturday special I believe) was HUGE and quite tasty. Very tender and a nice crust/char. It was melt in your mouth, like a better pot roast.

We ordered a family affair pack for Christmas Eve and I am so glad we did! Took the stress and time out of cooking and the food was sooooo delicious! The meat was good all by itself with no sauce or anything else added. THAT should tell you all you need to know! We will definitely be repeat customer
Their lean brisket and the loaded beans are my favorite!!! I drive 20mins a couple times a week to pickup. They only have a walk up window; no inside or bathroom. You can eat at a picnic table across the parking lot. I’ve never seen the frozen drink truck open.
If u are a beef rib lover like me this is the place to go. Ordered the Dino rib and let me tell u its a 2 eater for 1 rib. Rib was delicious tender and the smokiness was on point if u like smoked meats. The chicken and beef tips are also a gud choice

We had the smoked Turkey Breast and wings. They nailed it Turkey had the perfect smoke flavor and it was incredibly moist. Wings all I can say is no sauce is needed. Will definitely add them to my top BBQ place.
Some of the best turkey ive ever had, and i make all sorts of different turkeys around thanksgiving. the bbq sauce is hot enough to feel something but doesnt overpower the food either, and the employees there are extremely cool as well, especially that fellow named colby.
The food and service were amazing! I've been to multiple BBQ spots here in Dallas but this place is top tier. Colby gave me several items to sample before buying including meats and side items. Got a few items here in the in past and had to come back to try out some of there other meats. Get the burnt ends before they run out! I've been thinking about stopping reviewing new food spots cause they've been so incredibly disappointing lately, BUT the food here at Blu's bbq was SO good that it restored my faith lol
