Every time I order food from here it’s ALWAYS hot due to them wrapping my food in aluminum foil! I work for a clinic so getting out to get my lunch can always cause a delay BUT thanks to their food process I’m always able to enjoy HOT food! Other Potbelly restaurants don’t use this method. Thank you for making my food experience pleasurable!

Frequent this specific shop weekly for my work break. Inside is almost always spotless. Many of the employees are very personable and have great attitudes. One employee that stands out to me the most is Morgan, who each and every time I’ve come to the shop while he works, greets me by name and always makes sure to tell me to have a great day and to take care. Morgan is a fantastic employee and I definitely recommend making a repertoire with him!
I have had a couple pick-up orders that were incorrect in the past, but after submitting feedback to potbelly a manager called me within 30 minutes of the claim and refunded the order as well as ensure that my next order was on the house. You cannot ask for any better as far as customer service.

I go here several times a year, the line during the lunch rush can get a bit long (15-20 min). But the sandwiches are consistently good. I always get the Italian. I've never had any problems with them. Good food at a reasonable price - $8-10 for meal. I would recommend.

Great fresh sandwiches! They have plenty of tasty sandwich and salad options. You can also create your own. Live music helps for a great atmosphere. You can also call ahead and have your order ready when you get there. The smoothies are great!

Awesome service. Very attentive and happy to help. I've been here several times, and the food was made correctly every single time, which is more than I can say for other places. Best of all, the sandwiches were delicious.

The folks Preston-Forest location are always kind, fast, and service oriented. I'd ordered a PB&J and 2 Meatball Subs.
They'd run out of peanut butter, and without any prompt, they discounted my order for the lack of ingredients. Something wrong? Most Potbelly locations I visit work the same way: service oriented.

Today my wife and I went into potbelly’s and even tho it was short staffed and only one young man was attending to everyone in the lobby, he made it a very good experience. He went above and beyond to assist everyone Keith did an amazing job!
