The Panda Express (Mumford location immediately struck me with the impeccable cleanliness and efficiency of the establishment. A charming associate, Naka, went above and beyond in ensuring that I felt like a valued customer. Her meticulous attention to detail was evident as she took the time to explain the nuances of various dishes, making sure I had all the information I needed.
Equally impressive was Maria, the cashier/associate, who made the payment process a breeze. It's not often that you encounter someone who can turn a simple transaction into an engaging and friendly conversation. In an age where genuine customer service seems to be waning, Maria's warm pleasantries, coupled with her radiant smile, truly made my Friday night.
All in all, for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat without compromising on cleanliness, efficiency, or stellar customer service, Panda Express is the place to be! Thank you to Naka, Maria and the entire Panda Express team at this Mumford location!!

Food was clearly presented and menu simple and easy to follow. Staff pleasant and efficient. Easy to mix options and create your plate, vegetable options also included, and food tasted fresh. Good Chinese style fast food

I placed an online order for pickup. The pickup time eta was impressive. I walked in and was greeted by this a young staff member who was really nice and welcoming (I was really tired from my day I forgot to check his name tag but he had some cool looking tats and nice smile ). The whole process was seamless. I stopped by bc of the T-Mobile Tuesday promo and glad I did bc the meal was delish. I'll definitely be coming back 😄.

The food tasted fresh and full of flavor. Definitely better than any other location I’ve been to. Employee Josh gave amazing customer service, I’ve never expected his kind of customer service from any regular fast food restaurant but he went above and beyond. Super hard worker I’m sure the company is very lucky to have! Only thing is that it was really hot inside the restaurant, felt like they didn’t have the A/C on.

Perhaps not after tonight..This is by far my most favorite Panda Express! I usually eat here on avg 2 nights a week. Tonight, Oct 1st 2018 I'm getting my usual and while standing at the check out I glance back towards the front of the line and something caught my eye... sure enough it kept happening and what it was ... I'm not sure is safe .. for food or anythi g else... the 3rd light fixture above (just after the fried rice) was dripping water.. I'd say 1 drop every 2 or 3 seconds ... steady. Couldn't tell if it was landing on food or not but this is definitely concerning.... panda please fix this. Only reason I even saw it was because the way the lighting was as it fell. 3rd recessed can light above at the beginning of the line. 5 stars for visibility
