This hotel is so awesome. Given the area, my husband and I felt very safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was no noise Throughout the night. Our room was nice and cold just as we liked it; The bed was clean and comfy. The style is traditional. We definitely will stay again and the other sister properties they have.
While the room decor was nice, the paint was somewhat peeling and even though the two rooms we had, one in the poolside Cabana rooms and one up in the fourth floor of the main hotel, were supposed to be non-smoking, both smelled kinda smoky. I know sometimes it can't be helped especially after years of use. But overall, for the price and the service, I definitely think it was worth our stay. The kids also enjoyed the pool in the morning before we checked out and the food that came with the room was excellent. There was so much bacon! The breakfast food staff was helpful and amazing even with our large group! Thank you for the late shift to help us check in and we're super helpful and kind.
I was staying here for a three day conference. I didn't pay for the room myself, so I can't give price I sight. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Their breakfast was very good. They have a nice set up and a very kind and professional gentleman working the line.
While this hotel might not actually be "elegant" you can tell that they have put effort into making it look nice and feel comfortable. The building is a little old but they haven't let it go. For the price point our expectations were exceeded. The water pressure was really nice and strong in the bathroom and we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had eggs,hasbrowns, bacon, fruit, grits biscuits and gravy.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our bed was big and very comfortable. We had a maybe 55" t.v. The only bad thing was our fridge froze all our pop (soda) and water. We loved the breakfast, eggs were delicious and the fruit was so tasty. We only wished there were pancakes or waffles offered but we had plenty to eat with what was there. We also were given two complimentary drinks during happy hour for every day we were checked in, we weren't aware of this amenity, so it was a real treat. Our location was maybe twenty minutes from downtown where we took the hop on/hop off trolley tour. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and it was 92 degrees out. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back
I stayed in the MCM Elegante Dallas for two nights and attended a convention in their meeting and event rooms. The entire experience was great! The staff impressed me with their helpfulness and courtesy. They had our event rooms set up and ready to go, stocked with fresh water. The bathrooms were always clean, and the staff was available whenever I needed help. I found comfortable and roomy, clean and quiet. There were several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. I'd definitely return.
Bed is comfortable. Microwave and good sized fridge in room which was nice. Breakfast was good, room service well priced and portioned for the meal I had. Only real down side is the area. I don't think it to be unsafe but definitely a little run down.
We stayed at this hotel for the DollCon Dallas 2022 convention and I loved my stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and I was genuinely surprised how many updates were made in a more historic/older building. The TV was a good size plus the rooms had a spacious bathroom and a microwave and mini fridge. The morning breakfast was also delicious! I hope we get to return to the hotel next year because it had the perfect layout for our event as well. Thank you, MCM Elegante and staff for the lovely visit!
Great staff, very clean, open rooms, liked the workout room, big pool, good breakfast. Only thing is they didn't open the pool on time, close it early too, they have someone sit out there and watch you. Would be nice if the pool was kept open at later times.
We stayed here for V-Day weekend in a cabana king suite. The room was very cozy and spacious and I got great sleep! The rooms are a little outdated, but still very clean, nothing
can complain about. During the entire stay I wasn't bothered once by loud noises inside or outside the hotel which was really nice. Service was also great and very accommodating. We will be back!
