Can I Just Say Yum!!!😍 I had the pleasure of trying the Chopped Beef Sandwich 🥪 I enjoyed friendly banter with one of the employees he was funny. Was able to still order food even though it was drive through only. Would and will come back to try the other menu items.😍

Im really hard on barbecue places but I must say that the barbecue here is absolutely good. The prices are reasonable and they have a really big menu. The ribs are very tender and the barbecue sauce is something that I would call amazing. The East Texas link basket is delicious. I will be a return customer in the future and if you like Bbq I suggest you try RECORD BBQ BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THE BARBECUE IN TEXAS.

Great customer service. Orderd a turkey leg and staff informed the leg was not fully cooked & offered a option of cooking at home or chicken at a discounted price. We chose the chicken and they threw in 2 peach cobblers. Thanks for the transparency and great customer service.

I've heard so many conflicting reviews on this place (1st time here). In my opinion, hands down one of the BEST BBQ spots in Dallas. Starting from the woman taking orders car by car and not too mention the attractive security guard with the dreads. Also, the young lady who makes the food came out to greet and confirm orders. ( I love accuracy) 😁. Last but not least, the desserts are AMAZING! Record's owes me nothing... Period!

The drive-through line was long, making the wait about 30-40 minutes. The order was missing a dessert,but we weren't charged for it. The food was good.
