Switching up my destinations to find some of the greatest fresh eating spots in the metroplex. I had a great time at Unleavened trying out these great items:

If you’re looking for something fresh in the Dallas area, try this place out! It’s definitely a vibe! I definitely drank all of the smoothie before I even got home!

Went to this place for the first time and they had some good vegetarian options. I got a yummy breakfast hash and it came with fresh fruit. Good portions for a cheap price. I do want to note I found a small piece of chicken in my food. Not a big deal to me because I sometimes eat chicken but if you are strictly vegetarian you may want to consider that.

I come for the Weekender Salad, I stay for the Weekender Salad and I will always come back for the Weekender Salad!
This time I branched out to start with some Hummus, and the staff was very accommodating to answer my requests for my (mostly) gluten free needs, with gluten free flatbread for dipping. I make exception for the fried chicken on the salad, how could I not?
Seriously, this is the meal I wanted right after delivering twin babies.
Unleavened has a delicious variety of salads, wraps and hashes, as well as drinks like kombucha. I feel healthy, but so well fed!

First time trying this place. Everything is FRESH. The salad is colorful and fresh. The turkey glistening still from where it was taken off the bone.
The best thing I had, however, was the Hoppin' Juan. Oh. My. Goodness. I wanted to be alone with this concoction. It is the most de-friggin'-licious thing I've had in a very, very long time. Try some... you will NOT regret it! I barely snapped a picture before I consumed the whole container.

We first fell in love with Unleavened when they opened their Lakewood location.
This new location is just a tad closer for us. It’s everything you’d expect.. great atmosphere, family friendly, delicious healthy food.
The only single thing that stood out to me was how spectacular the cashier; Avery was here.
Averys service was 10/10 .. So friendly & professional.
I snapped a picture of him scrubbing the chairs between customers. Avery is everything a business hopes and dreams for in a great hire.
Came here for the food!
Coming back to support Avery!

Went here with a coworker today for the first time and it was one the best breakfasts I can remember having! Mo was very welcoming and friendly, made some great suggestions and we were very impressed with the portions, the quality and the taste. I will definitely be coming back.
I had the Border Town which was WAY more food than i was expecting (thankfully) and the avocado toast which was prob the best avocado toast I've ever had. I've never had radish on mine, so maybe that was the difference, but I'm telling you, it was great.
Anyways, I will recommend this place to anyone and also encourage Mo to keep up the great attitude and stellar customer service. It impacts people's day in a great way, and the friendliness and energy were much appreciated and an unexpected touch when just coming in to grab some food.

Great food and dine in atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Made some great suggestions and took their word! Food was fresh and tasted very delicious. Will definitely be back more often and try other menu items :)

This is a secret gem that I feel like has not been discovered. The staff is great, the food is tasty & they are quick!
They have indoor & outdoor seating, clean restroom facilities, & their service is really quick. They also have a great assortment of sparkling flavored waters!

Unleavened is amazing! Been twice now and both times have been spot on. Price point is great for the amount of food served, very fresh ingredients. Also if you like spicy, they've got yellow bird sauces to go with your food. Haven't tried a shake yet but will at some point! Definitely coming back more often

Such a good environment. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The food is delicious. Definitely go try out their breakfast tacos that is my favorite thing to order. Will continue to eat food here.
