Review Starbucks - Dallas

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the neighborhood. It is often the busiest of all the ones I frequent, but the staff and quality make up for it ten fold. Even though I do a mobile order 9/10 times, the staff have still learned my name and recognize me when I come in to grab it. They're also quick to have a pleasant conversation or interaction with (when it's slow enough to have time to talk), but also remain smiley, friendly and attentive when it's busy as well. This is definitely going to remain my #1 choice of Starbucks in the area as long as it keeps up the great service.

As a regular patron of my favorite coffee shop, I am thrilled to share my consistently outstanding customer experience at this warm and inviting haven. From the moment I step through the door, or order at the drive thru, I am greeted with pleasant tone of voice, genuine smiles and a personal touch that makes me feel right at home. One of the most remarkable aspects of this coffee shop is the way in which the staff remembers my name and warmly welcomes me back each time. It may seem like a small gesture, but it creates an instant connection and fosters a sense of belonging. Being acknowledged by name makes me feel like a valued and appreciated customer, and it's something that sets this coffee shop apart from the rest. The interactions with the staff are always delightful and enjoyable. They are not only efficient in taking orders and preparing drinks but also take the time to engage in friendly conversations. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and take pleasure in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors or drive thru. Decent sized shop. Understaffed so it takes way too long to get an iced americano, on average 10 minutes when you’re the only person in line and there’s 3-4 cars in the drive thru. Half of the staff is pleasant and what you’d expect from a Starbucks barista, the other half… they’re more like the angry cashier at a McDonald’s drive thru that doesn’t want to give you another BBQ sauce.

This is my go to Starbucks on my way to work in the morning. Staff is friendly and they remember your name. Alyssa at the drive thru window is always smiling and Erin, takes my order and very sweet. Malek is also always smiling and makes my drink on point. Everyone I have encountered at this Starbucks is friendly and service is great.

We as a family have to say there is not a better manager or customer service person as Cesar Sosa we just love him Starbucks better never lose him cause my company will grab him up fast. We just love him💯

Super nice staff. Very clean. Coffee and treats were delish, of course. One weird thing is there is a keypad on the bathroom door. But no deadbolt. So if you’re in there, and someone keys in the code... they have access.

Clean branch with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly. They changes the decor and the arrangement of the branch with vibrant colors

Cinnamon Dolce Latte was well mixed, Double smoke sandwich was good. Place was clean

Received excellent and prompt service two days in a row. I ordered by app and picked up at the door. I am happy to see the regular staff and the social distance measures. To me, it shows the company cares. Got the new iced pineapple and matcha! Delicious.

I always love seeing pets come in and get pup cups. They make my heart warm. Thomas Does a very good job at always welcoming every single person who walks through that door. He truly provides everyone with that customer experience! Thanks to Carly and all the partners at the Lemmon location

I’ve made this my go-to Starbucks! The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the parking lot is really small, and other drivers are typically pretty rude and it may take you a minute to drive off the premises 😅

TOP TIER SERVICE! I have never been so in love with the staff of Starbucks like I have the baristas at this location. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful especially when I don’t know what to order. I recently changed jobs/locations so it hurts that I won’t be able to come by as often as I use to. They are the best! I’ll have to swing by! 💕💕💕🥰

Seemed like a nice spacious location, and the staff were friendly. Plenty of parking.
