This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the neighborhood. It is often the busiest of all the ones I frequent, but the staff and quality make up for it ten fold.
Even though I do a mobile order 9/10 times, the staff have still learned my name and recognize me when I come in to grab it. They're also quick to have a pleasant conversation or interaction with (when it's slow enough to have time to talk), but also remain smiley, friendly and attentive when it's busy as well.
This is definitely going to remain my #1 choice of Starbucks in the area as long as it keeps up the great service.

Decent sized shop. Understaffed so it takes way too long to get an iced americano, on average 10 minutes when you’re the only person in line and there’s 3-4 cars in the drive thru. Half of the staff is pleasant and what you’d expect from a Starbucks barista, the other half… they’re more like the angry cashier at a McDonald’s drive thru that doesn’t want to give you another BBQ sauce.
This is my go to Starbucks on my way to work in the morning. Staff is friendly and they remember your name. Alyssa at the drive thru window is always smiling and Erin, takes my order and very sweet. Malek is also always smiling and makes my drink on point. Everyone I have encountered at this Starbucks is friendly and service is great.
We as a family have to say there is not a better manager or customer service person as Cesar Sosa we just love him Starbucks better never lose him cause my company will grab him up fast. We just love him💯
Super nice staff. Very clean. Coffee and treats were delish, of course. One weird thing is there is a keypad on the bathroom door. But no deadbolt. So if you’re in there, and someone keys in the code... they have access.

Received excellent and prompt service two days in a row. I ordered by app and picked up at the door. I am happy to see the regular staff and the social distance measures. To me, it shows the company cares. Got the new iced pineapple and matcha! Delicious.
