First time at a Potbelly and had a wonderful experience. The two ladies working here were so sweet and patient with my questions. The apple walnut salad is one of the best fast food salads I've ever had. Only negative is that they are packed with way too much lettuce that I couldn't finish--and I got the small size--but that may be with all locations, since it's a franchise.

Had soup and sandwich combo. Super fresh and yummy. I love that they have three sizes of sandwiches, three choices of bread and unlimited sandwich combinations. The chili is meaty and hearty. While not spicy the chili is tasty. Insider Tip: you can Amp up the heat component by adding in some of Potbelly's special hot peppers. 🔥🔥🔥💯

My first time here. Very exciting great food better than I had expected. Hot and delicious sandwiches and soups and desserts. My friend and I dropped by at 8:50 pm thinking they were getting ready to close. To our surprise they were still fully opened and anything we wanted was still available. How awesome was that. The location we went to was at the corner of Inwood and Lemmon Ave in Dallas. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and fresh smelled great. We got our food Togo. My friend had almost finished her sandwich by the time I unwrapped my sandwich. I also got the large bowl of Broccoli with cheese it was wonderful. My sandwiches had blue cheese in it. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for being so nice guys ! Like Arnold I'll be back 😊

Pretty good little snadwich shop. I had chicken on wheat with cheddar. It was hot and great. This location has a local man playing music while you wait. Not bad.

I ordered pick up through ActiveMenus while I shopped nearby. My order was ready on time and the staff made sure I had everything. Order was 100% correct even with an added note! The thing that really sets Potbelly apart from other sandwiches shops is their hot peppers. The bread is usually always fresh and on point too.
