Open for 31 years but I just discovered. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful people. A worthy add to your Carrollton go to. The breakfast burrito is huge, usually a turn off. But this one is fresh and amazing.

Was craving breakfast tacos and saw this spot was rated 4.7 which is almost unheard of. It is a hole in the wall, great and friendly service and food came quickly. I ordered jamaica, chorizo and egg, and machacado tacos with chips and salsa. The salsas were fresh and had a nice kick - best I’ve had

Tacos: The tortillas were soft and homemade. The bacon, egg, and cheese was so damn good. I always like to add some beans to my tacos to make it a little creamy.

Elena's is close to my job and we eat here about once a week. The tacos are great but make sure you call your order in because they take a while on the food. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Ours was mixed up, but the tacos were so good we didn't care!
