The ribs were well seasoned. The brisket was not seasoned. Mac&cheese was good. Cabbage was good. Customer service was great! Even gave me a sample. 3 stars on food but 4 because of the customer service. It’s not the best but far from the worst!! Would definitely eat again.
Customer service here is great. I got a 3 meat plate the turkey and ribs were good the brisket is never really good no flavor and half cooked. But overall it was a good visit l myself would just avoid the brisket.
I came in with a group of professional truck drivers and driving buddies. We all ordered about $20 worth of food not including sides.
The people behind the counter were very courteous and helpful as well as willing to give us whatever we wanted and how we wanted it served
I personally had the meat special... BBQ brisket, bbq ribs, and pulled pork with sides of mild barbecue sauce. My sides were mashed potatoes, boiled cabbage, onion and pinto bean mixture with an extra side of boiled cabbage. I also like were pieces of white onion on the side.
Omg 😳 I was skeptical 🧐 however the reviews did not lie!! This bbq is delicious I had the spicy potatoes and Mac and cheese both was amazing give them a try! Haven’t tried my banana pudding yet I know it will be yummy 😋
Wonderful folks serving amazing food! The Ribs and Smoked Chicken are as good as you'll ever have. The sides selection alone is worth a visit. The best!!
I came Texas for biz trip and ate lots of different restaurants here, I can say it’s really the best BBQ that I have in Texas.
My teammate "Woody" and I are truck drivers for Werner and wanted some good homestyle Texas BBQ! Our Uber driver said "I got you"! He said Soulmans Bar-B-Q! He did right by us!! Hands down delicious TX BBQ!! Excellent customer service from the front to the manager David! He was such a blessing and made sure we enjoyed our food and experience! Great customer service and good fish and okra, and I get prices have gone up. But Soulman's BBQ, these are fish filet strips. I know the menu said 6 pieces as the Big Catch, but this is not a good value.

The WHOLE staff working this shift needs to be commended for Amazing, Outstanding & above the rest customer service (literally). They had pep in their step, greeted me and smiled a lot. It’s beyond obvious they enjoy what they do. It’s been a long time since I’ve had the service they provided.

Better than I anticipated. The meat is seasoned perfectly and with quality ingredients. I’d literally pay $ for the Mac-n-cheese recipe. This is the best I’ve ever had. It’s clearly a seasoned recipe, married perfectly with a variety of ingredients. This recipe took thought and time to come up with. Try it and you’ll see what I mean
