I had the champion pasta which was grilled chicken, turkey meatballs, low fat mozzarella, marinara, and wheat penne pasta. It did not disappoint. The food tasted great and it had all the nutrition facts available which I love. I think my dish was under 400 calories and it did not taste like it. It was tasty, hot, and fresh. I am always looking for healthy places with good food that don't break the bank and this place definitely fit the criteria. This was my first time there but I definitely want to go back and try more of their tasty, healthy dishes that fit in with my healthy lifestyle.
The people here are awesome. They're so sweet and not cocky at all. The food tastes great and you don't even feel like you're eating healthy food because it's delicious. The cook came out to say hi and talk to us and I just couldn't wait to show my appreciation so I'm writing this review as I eat!
Very good food , health minded and not rough on the wallet. Their sauces are definitely a high point as well as their interesting and unique menu options. If you're looking for something new to try out that's good and at a human price, your health, taste buds and wallet will be glad you went outside the box.

The food is way great!. Staff and service are awesome. I'm a CPT at Private Workout and have been searching for a healthy place to eat that is affordable. Glad one of the trainers at Trophy Fitness told me about it. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant was a great find! I am frequently looking for places to grab a quick bite to eat between work and going out to ride my bike. The Grill offers a full menu of healthy options with fully detailed nutritional information. Having the ability to tailor my meal to my diet and nutrient needs like I would do at my house is a great option when I am on the move. I highly recommend all of the chicken sandwich options.

First time here, staff are amazingly friendly and had great recommendations! I ended up going with the first dish he mentioned (the godfather) and it had to be the most delicious chicken I've ever tasted in my life. definitely recommend.
